this guesthouse is really nice and it gave us a true feeling of thailand. The intetior id modest but very stylish. There is a nice terace and another place to chill out and drink coffee which is always available.

Only stayed here for a night. The mosquitoes were practically camping in the room and no coils were allowed!! With the dim/romantic lights, we had to use human bait to exterminate them! The tv didnt work too well but wifi was fine. The hot water came in waves, like a pattern switching between lukewarm and hot water. Aircon was really... More

The title says it all really! This guest house is central and well priced. The rooms are arranged around a central courtyard and, although you're in the centre of Chiang Mai, there's very little noise. The staff were keen to help and would book things for you like motorbike hire at prices that (unlike at many hotels) were not inflated.... More

My partner and I stayed here for for four nights. It is a small family run guest house in a really good location that is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, transport. The rooms are basic but clean, the family that run it are lovely and helpful if you needed any tour info or to hire a bike. We... More

This guesthouse is beautifully decorated and that is pretty much it. At 750 baht a night it leaves much to be desired in comparison to other guesthouses right across the street from it. Comparable guesthouses cost half as much and include a basic breakfast. Beds may as well have been made from a slab of cement--- seriously. Beautiful rooms, very... More

Great location. Rooms cleaned daily (& mosi-killer sprayed inside every evening). Pretty little place boasting a superb location. Run by a truly lovely young local family with 2 very polite young boys. Of course there are neighbour's dogs nearby, its central Old-town Chiang Mai! Will definitely come back here. Very family friendly owners.

Best guesthouse we've been to. Pro: Friendly staff & owner, free wifi, clean room, great location (right on the Sunday walking market), lovely garden & outdoor sitting area. Con: Hard mattress, bar-style swinging hinged door in a small shower room area.

In short, it's a great location in central Chiangmai with quirky, fun decor which accounts for a price that's relatively high for an average, modest hotel. I liked the location. It's down a little lane away from the noise of a main street and very very convenient for a walk to the city wall gate and square less than five... More

Situated 2 mins form the main drag, down an alleyway. You are greeted by a beautiful guesthouse, with small garden and seating area, including an upstairs outdoor area with tv and cushions to relax. The, building itself is all wooden and well maintained. As you go into your room, the towels are arranged as an elephant, there is a mosquito... More
