Friendly staff, very clean facilities, spotless rooms. Gym was also really good for a hotel. Decent food on-site too, really couldn't ask for much more. Stayed in a superior room which was nice, didn't see others. Use the mosquito net provided! Slightly out of town but tuk tuks available all day for between 100-200 baht.

It was disappointing and not for the more elderly customer. It is very dark and rooms small with old furniture and not modern in any way. It is a younger back packers paradise being old Thai building near the river. Our room was unsuitable and we moved but the room was to say very basic and we had a cockroach... More

The complex is a small group of traditional Thai timber [Lana style] buildings on the edge of the Ping river. The garden planting, water features, pool and bar terrace overlooking the river provide a wonderful relaxed feel. There is a fairly extensive bar food menu and the food is of impressive quality - great breakfasts too. Try the banana pancake... More

This is my second visit to Club One Seven, the first more than one year ago. Sometimes you come across a place that has a uniqueness and a quality somewhat difficult to define. A combination of the experience of staying in a 130 year old teak mansion on the river in combined with an informal and dedicated staff. Enchanting, I... More

We stayed in room 201 based on Trip Advisor recommendations. This is the largest room on the second floor with a view of the Ping River. The hotel was retrofitted in an old traditional style house. We found the bed comfortable (which is a rarity in Thailand unless it's a Western hotel) and air conditioning worked great. Food here was... More

I just stayed in One-Seven Resort for 5 nights at the end of Oct 2015. 4 nights in the room on 1st floor and one night in the bigger room on ground level. Room-wise, I love the decor as it is traditional Thai (lots of wood), which i love. The rooms and esp the bathrooms are very well-kept and clean,... More

I spent a good days in this hotel. Staffs has a hospitality and they are professional. Facility is clean and traditional building is pretty. It is located at a distance to downtown but I walked sometimes. Chiang Mai is calm and charming city but taxi drivers are though negotiator due to here is tourist city. I want to visit again.

Stayed there with my boyfriend for a week and we loved the place. Very friendly staff, charming rooms in the old wooden building. The only downside is the distance to Chiang Mai City Centre. You'll need a TukTuk or taxi unless you want to walk 30+ minutes.

Stayed here a couple of years ago and loved it. The most expensive room is the best. The river views (aside from the looming Holiday Inn across the river) and lovely, the ambience is great, the sauna is sexy and the guys are hospitable and eager to please. Would come back when in CM in the future

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our most expensive room is the large traditional teak room with a view overlooking the Ping River. Many of our guests comment on how nice it is to wake up in the morning looking out to the river from the bed. We look forward to welcoming you back to... More
