This was our first visit to Chiang Mai and we are so glad we booked at Baan Nam Sai. It is on a quiet street in the walled city and is super convenient to everything but serenely quiet. The hotel is very well run, the staff incredibly sweet and helpful, and our room (third floor corner) was large and spotless.... More

We stayed in the twin room at Baan Nam Sai for two nights. It was clean and comfortable wit a great location in the old city. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. This hotel is great value for money, as it was a similar price to the basic hostel we stayed in before.

No beat for its location, at the old town area, near for all sightseeing attractions. Big and spotless room with strong wifi signal. Quite but safe place for short or long stay. My room cleaned daily and placed 2 bottles of drinking water in the fridge druing in my stay. One drawback for the senior or has foot problem person... More

Very nice to return to my favoured holiday home in Chiang Mai. Friendly and gentle as ever. Spotlessly clean, the rooms are serviced daily, towels changed and two bottles of drinking water placed in the fridge. I have, just for interest tried some other places in this category just for a couple of days each and while all have presented... More

Good location. Lots of restaurants in surrounding area but still can't beat the Sailomjoy in Ratchadamnoen Road for mango pancakes for breakfast. No safe in room but felt confident leaving valuables with the owner. Good security on entry. Large fridge, dressing table and wardrobe. Towels changed daily. Friendly staff.

I stayed here for 1 week and enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, fridge, air con and hot shower. The rooms have an electronic key to get past the gate which is nice added security. I would have stayed longer if it weren't located just off a street with bars and loud music well into the... More

I spent 5 nights in Baan Nam Sai in Chian Mai. Large room, clean, friendly staff and very good location closed to the Taphae Gate. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable and I will return again.

This is a very comfortable clean guesthouse. Very secure, very obliging and very handy to temples, cafe in the old city boundary. Famous Sunday market is just up the road. This is my second stay here and I just love it. It is quiet and peaceful tended by very hospitable approachable people. Rooms are basic but fairly spacious for a... More
