I stayed here for 4 nights and from the moment I arrived felt very relaxed. The rooms were very spacious the bathroom was perhaps a bit on the small side. There was an on site tour operator who was able to help find the right tours that I wanted to do and even gave suggestions as to help me get... More

Stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Very comfortable room. Good housekeeping. Very helpful staff with spot on recommendations. Huge free breakfast buffet. Delicious drinks from the bar that won't hurt your stomach. Nice location right in the old city that many of the tuk tuk drivers recognize--but not in the bustle of the backpacker area. Stay here.

Been here one night and this place is amazing.. very nice decor, friendly staff, and great food.. I would definetly stay here again. Airport pick up and drop offs available as well as free wifi for hotel guests. Swimming pool next to the garden area is very nice as well. Love the koi ponds located everywhere around the hotel.

We came here during Song Kran and our honeymoon. I would say this place is probably fine for families but not for couples. The rooms are sort of sterile and there is a urinal in the bathrooms, which are really odd and sort of gross. The "honeymoon suite" is on the ground floor right next to the pool, it was... More

Dear lovely guests, Sorry for your displeasure when arrived at our hotel during Songkran festival period. Our Honeymoon Suite is on the ground floor next to the pool since we want our guests to have an easy accessible to the pool and also have a good view. However, during Songkran festival, there were many customers using the pool and that... More

Wow! This was the perfect spot! The room was up to date with a HD TV and very comfortable. The rain shower was large and each room had a walk out balcony. The location was great ! Quiet at night and a 10 minute walk to the market area. The hotel has many fish pools filled with carp - they... More

Stayed for one week, one week too long. Rooms require a decent clean, mosquito nets are needed for the beds. We love Chiang Mai and will return but not to this hotel. We were woken throughout the night due to the noisy air conditioning and early on two mornings by the housekeepers chating away at 630am, not good when you... More

Dear lovely guests, Sorry for your disappointing while staying in our hotel. Your cases have been explained and apologized from our staffs to you already while two incidents were complainted. The first incident was that our maid did not take out the room services plates out of your room. It is because you were hanging "Do not disturb" sign out... More

This hotel is a little gem and we loved every minute of our stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the pool is a welcome retreat from the hot city and the location couldn't be better. The room was beautiful, we had a superior double over looking the pool and didn't our choice. With Thai hospitality a plenty this... More

Beautifully decorated hotel that made it a joy to return to each day. Close to temples (though everywhere is close to a temple in Chiang Mai!) but you'd need a tuk tuk/scooter to get you to the street markets and Night Bazaar. It would have been nice if the reception staff understood a bit more English to offer recommendations on... More

What an awesome hotel. Great staff who look after you. Not to mention, lovely rooms, clean, cool and quiet. Very close to Sunday night markets, thought can be far to other places in CM, but that's what a tuk tuk is for, right? It has a awesome pool and good little bar. I know where I'll be staying if returning... More

Don't be put off by the basic reception area, this hotel has plenty to offer. Clean and comfortable bedroom with a balcony to sit out and relax after a busy day. Plentiful breakfast to suit everyone's tastes. A lovely poolside garden where we enjoyed a delicious meal which was really well presented and such good value for money. We had... More
