Located near at the middle of old city. The property is small and intimate. Rooms were comfortable, decently sized and clean. American and Asian dishes for breakfast buffet. The restaurant had average food for dinner. The staff was very helpful! We think this hotel is comfortable, but there are a few basic things that we think could be improved.

Situated in the heart if the old town this is a modern hotel that is generally of very good quality. Good points: Very helpful and friendly staff, and knowledgeable tour operator Mimi. Lovely garden in the middle of the hotel with Koi carp ponds and a swimming pool. Presentable room, comfortable bed, and good quality air con. Each room (... More

Very nice place, very clean, nice rooms, professional, lovely people, good quality vans with air con and friendly drivers. All round perfect and what you'd expect for a 4 star place: Comfy, clean and all you want but not glitzy. Top location a short walk to anywhere you want. Just careful if you get a tuk tuk that they know... More

The photos of this hotel are far better than the reality. The hotel is standard with a very basic breakfast choice. The biggest plus is it is in a very good location. The air conditioning was set and you couldn't turn it down - must be very hot in the hotter months. Front desk were friendly and able to organise... More

Dear lovely guest, Thank you for your comments. The air-condition might be in a "fan" or "dry" mode and that make you could not change to a lower temperature. When you had this kind of problem, you can try to change the air-condition mode to "cool" or "auto", then the temperature will gradually reduce to the temperature level you set.... More

Stayed again in De Lanna, hotel is ok, room and bathroom a bit cramped. Nice garden and breakfast on the lawn under trees, but selection is limited and only ok in quality and selection. Good location near Wat Prah Singh. There are higher quality hotels in Chiang Mai for the price.

This place is clean, has nice service, and walkable to anywhere in the old city. Overall, a nice place worth the money. Their complimentary breakfast offers a buffet of many options which is a nice start to the day. I would recommend to those looking for a clean, comfortable stay but not necessarily for those looking for luxury.

After being somewhat apprehensive and sceptical when my girlfriend told me what we had paid for the hotel and what was included (very cheap), both of our expectations were greatly exceeded ! After a minor hickup with our safe not working (flat battery, which was fixed within 15 minutes, I find it hard to find anything worthy of complaining about,... More

Well located in the old town close 2 a couple of major temples and bars/restaurants. Room was good but dark with a very small balcony. Pool was nice at the end of a day of activities. Only issues were limited breakfast and lots of insects. Outside areas nice but keep well protected from mozzies! Overall enjoyed it here and loved... More

We were appointed to the room on 3rd floor but it was quite dark in the room, our "balcony" is open to the hall so it feels a little uncomfortable as everyone can walk to our room. Breakfast was a bit upseting, when compared to the money we paid, the hotels we stayed before in Chiang mai, better options could... More

Dear lovely guests, We are a small boutique hotel, so for the pool we have the size of 6 X 12 m. only. The room you have must be in the room 307 or 308 (superior room) that it doesn't have a private balcony. If there are other rooms left, you can ask our staff to change the room and... More

We arrived here early morning our room was ready and the staff very helpful. We booked for 3 days but found the hotel was in a great location that we stay for 10 days. We had trouble finding where all the best restaurants where so i would suggest hiring bikes so you can find everything first up. The room was... More

Dear value guests, Thank you for your valuable comments. Normally, we have a policy about using a phone while working. Sorry for what happened. Some young staffs are very addicted to their phone. We will definitely deal with this problem at best and will assure that this incident will not happen again. Sincerely yours, More
