Had a perfect stay here. Rooms are spacy and clean. The service here is great. The hotel has a lovely pool to cool down. We did a 3 day trekking arranged by the hotel. Was more than we expected, thanks to our guide Mario.

Spent 2 weeks here last summer(only getting around to doing the review now). I was taking a massage course not far from the hotel so this was a great location for me. Place was nice and clean, staff very friendly and had great craic with them. Pool was nice after staying in hostels for 3 months. Would happliystay here again... More

One of the nicest hotels we stayed at on our year away and so cheap as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us book trips, transport and did our laundry. The rooms were also huge and the wifi worked really well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed here at the end of July for 4 nights. We had a lovely stay and the room and staff were fine. I've stayed here twice and would recommend it. However, on our way from Bangkok to Chiang Mai we got a government bus from the bus terminal as we'd read in Lonely Planet that this was the best... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in early August and had high hopes. The location of the hotel is quite good although you need to walk down a dark alley which some travellers may not enjoy in the evening. When I checked into the hotel I was told that wifi in the bedrooms was available after 7 as they... More

Probably the bet hotel I've stayed in. Most hotels I don't rate, I'm only there for the bed and somewhere to keep my stuff. What really made this hotel were the staff. I've never been to place with such friendly staff. I say hi to them in the morning when I go down for breakfast, they are really helpful getting... More

No reservation and they accommodated me for 8 WONDERFUL nights. Nick and everyone at SK house was absolutely amazing. I was traveling... More

This hotel is in a great location, within the walls of the old city. The rooms were a bit worn but fine if your expectations aren't too high. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast we had downstairs was nice and not expensive. Only real negative is that the pool was located right next to the restaurant on the... More

SK House 2 is a very inexpensive hotel that draws a backpacker crowd. Rooms are minimal and clean with private bathrooms. Both fan and AC rooms are available. There is a nice pool and great restaurant and bar. Laundry services are also available. They had staff at the train station offering free rides into town to look at the hotel.... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a total of 11 nights at SK House 2 in Chiang Mai and we loved it. We were greeted by a hotel ambassador at Chiang Mai train station who told us he would take us by taxi to the hotel in Chiang Mai free of charge to check out the hotel with no commitment... More
