Located near the North Gate, this quite guest house feels like home. The owner picked us up from the bus station and right away made us feel like we were a part of his home. They are open 24 hours with great staff during the day and night shift. The owner and his wife and daughter made us feel we... More

Originally booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 9. Mainly due to the fact the staff made you feel at home and part of the family. Jeff the manager is by far the best Host/Manager of anywhere we have stayed in Thailand. He is only 26 but lacks no experience, he manages with a flair and passion and... More

A quiet and comfortable guesthouse situated in the north east area of the old city in Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English which made communication easy. They were happy to point out areas of interest and make recommendations. We stayed in room 205 which was clean, comfortable and came with bottled water. The small restaurant... More

We stayed there 5days. It is a good place to do sightseeing in Chiang Mai. It is located in the old town which makes it very convenient to walk around. The service was fine and one can book many excursions with good prices in the reception which was very convenient. The room looked rather old and used, so I can... More

We stayed here for a week over the Songkran period. Jeff the owner greeted me on arrival and knew who i was which was a nice touch, never been greeted by name on arival before. Jeff spoke fluent english and was wonderfully helpful with everything. The room was spacious and clean and the food was plentiful and tasty. Jeff took... More

We had been 5 nights in Bangkok before we came to Jeff his establishment. We were quite early because the hotel we staid in before in chiang mai was really bad. We could have an early check in at around noon which was really nice because it was songkran festival and there was not much rooms left. From the beginning... More

Firstly I do consider it unfair to title a review 'not a good hotel' it's not a hotel, it's a guest house and for 400 baht (about 10 euro) a night for friendly hosts, free wifi, two free bottles water and clean room I considered it to be very good value. Without being intrusive i felt they looked out for... More

We showed up quite early from a night bus and they were able to check us in immediately, which was great. Jeff, the owner, speaks excellent English and gave us a map and directions to all the major attractions in Old City. Laundry is quick/cheap, and the guesthouse restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced. Around the corner, there's also... More

Very nice people work there; I had reserved a hotel with AC but they only had room with fan. Fan is not good in summer - this fan only worked at slow. The propreiter gave me back 200 baht but not the 17% extra I paid on the fee. Not even free internet or breakfast for the inconvenience. The bathroom... More

Great location, ALL the staff are lovely providing sound advice on what to see and trips to choose with no hidden agenda. If your looking for simple place to stay that provides good cheap food (yellow curry was wonderful) in a great location this place will fit the bill.
