I liked Nocky house enough to stay for a month. I was learning Thai massage in town and I stayed there for my whole stay in Chiang Mai. If you love to give your money to good people then Nocky house is the place. I liked the owner a lot. Good hospitality and smily faces. Although the place needs some... More

We sayed here twice and loved the place. It is in a narrow sideroad,so it is quite. The staff is very friendly to chat, everytime available to answer your questions. There are different rooms available, from nice private ones to simple beds on the balcony with a mosquitonet. The best part is that you have a fully equiped kitchen, where you can... More

My partner and I had been to Chiang Mai several times before. Looking for a new place and happened upon their sign on the road. Here was a welcoming atmosphere, and relaxing garden courtyard. The location is ideal, and close to all we needed...but off the main road and quiet. The owner/family was very nice, as was the price for... More

As soon as you walk in, you feel that special vibe...very social place, common areas to hang out, kitchen and living room you can use, totally feels like home, definitely perfect for long stay... Very cheap too, but don't expect anything fancy, rooms are very basic! Found this place by accident, i was looking for something quiet and cheap in... More

Nocky attracts both long and short term stayers, so it has a social atmosphere there - people you can talk to, and maybe do things with. It has trees and plans and in a sense shady, but the rooms can be quite humid and hot without A/C. 100 Baht for dorms, 80 if you bring a tent and paid 300... More

You get what you pay for. I paid 100 baht for a bed and I am happy with it. Yes, the mattress was not that great and the water heater don't work well but I am not complaining. Those you prefer better rooms should seek elsewhere. The lady owner is very nice and friendly. She let me keep my backpack... More

First of all, I clearly liked Nocky enough to stay there for 26 days. The location was FANTASTIC -- on Moon Muang soi 9 closer to Ratchaphakinai than MM, it is quiet and peaceful, with a small driveway to go down before you get there (look for the green and white sign out front). Since everything in the old city... More

After the two weeks I spent at Nocky house I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai . Purely due to the fact that if you spend time there it feels like your home. Wonderful place, wonderful family and really good value for money. Rooms are basic but comfortable. I miss you Nocky House...x
