Situated a 2 minute walk to the canal that surrounds the busy central area. The rooms are clean and spacious each with a balcony over looking the pool (which is cooled and in my opinion to cold) or a view of the surrounding buildings with the mountains in the distance. The rooms come with the usual stuff and a fridge... More

Medium size hotel. Large rooms and comfortable. The hotel outside the city but very close to do it by foot. Hotel personnel very very kind and helpful. On the other hand is very noisy, you can hear doors clacking... Thailand has a large variety of delicious fruit, however the buffet does not show the best of Thailand's products, that could... More

Loved this hotel and really enjoyed our stay here! The receptionists were really helpful, especially with planning trips and things to do in Chaing Mai. Close and convenient to town, restaurants, bars etc. Clean room, great service. Wi-Fi touch and go. Would love to stay again!

Positive's;clean rooms, the reception plan elephants trips and tiger kingdom trips for you at a reasonable price, near some good Thai restaurants and near the markets, free airport transfer. Negetive's; made us pay for towels with small makeup among of makeup on when we were leaving, rude staff, we got told breakfast was good but it wasn't and it was... More

Was good walking distance to old city, and we chose to relocate here from another hotel that was further away. Nice, clean comfy beds. Bathroom was stinky but was relatively clean. We got incense at the night bazaar to deal with the unpleasant bathroom smell. Didn't have much interaction with the staff as they only seemed focused on booking tours,... More

After arriving at the train station with no accommodation, met one of the staff at the tourist information who brought me to the hotel in their own transport. Very handy, and stress free. Stayed here for 4 nights, great place. Very friendly people. Great value for money and the rooms were extremely clean! Good pool area if that's what you... More

If you value things by price, then Chiang Thai House is very reasonable. To our amazement this little compact boutique hotel, tucked away in the back streets of Chiang Mai is excellent. They picked us up from the airport as planned, although we were 2 hours delayed from Krabi. Check in was a breeze and the reception staff all very... More

Picked up at the train station was nice. Wifi didn't work in the room. Was even snail pace in computer room and computers were down in there a lot as well. JJ was nice and friendly as long as you are booking excursions through them. The minute we learned we could save lots of $$ doing things on our own... More
