1150 baht for a double room including breakfast consisting of cut fruit (mango and pineapple), toast bread and coffee/tea/milo. Which is a bit pricy in my opinion. We've stayed cheaper and better - in Chiang Mai also. Pat is a nice and personal host though, and the location is great. Renting scooters through Siri House is expensive. Minimum 250 baht.

I fell in love with Siri House right from the first moment stepping inside the place. A beautiful Thai house is there for you with the most hospitable welcoming ever from Pat - the owner. Every detail in Siri House is creative, unique, adorable and warm-hearted, from the outdoor setting, the hammock, the dog to the beautiful drawings on the... More

We (2 adult and 2 kids 11/13) recently stayed 3 nights at Siri House and that the pleasure of Pat as our host. She is an lovely lady who ensures that your stay is a pleasant one. We had 3 rooms - 2 air con and 1 fan. Booked through booking.com and I found it to be very good value.... More

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place. It was difficult for the driver to find so I suggest just asking them to call Pat. She will work it out for you. We arrived very late after the taxi driver for lost twice and dropped us at the wrong hotel once. It was almost midnight after being on a 12... More

Pros - quiet location, clean room, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful owner. Cons - low pressure of the shower. PS: when you book it is clear where the place is...so I don't understand the complains I read. Anyhow, it's 30mins walking from the old town, 15 from night bazar (and night food market) and 10 to the restaurants and... More

The pros - the house is really nice. Its an old style Thai house, with lovely garden. The cons - they always want extra money - as we checked in we were told we needed to pay 40B per person per day to have the room cleaned. On day one the manager told us to sit down and have breakfast,... More

Pat is the most gracious and welcoming host! We instantly felt at home in her house. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The house and garden are beautiful- very peaceful and serene. It's not in the center of town-- it's just east of the river- but it's very easy and direct to walk to the old city (only about 15 minutes... More

We really had an amazing time here at The Siri House. Though it is located quite distant from the walled-city, I would still choose to stay here again if ever we're coming back to Chiang Mai. The rooms were cute and very artsy. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The water pressure is too weak it takes... More

We enjoyed our stay at Siri House. Pat, the owner, was a charming, welcoming, helpful, friendly, lovely person. The house designed by her husband in typical Thai style was beautiful. Her son picked us up from the airport. Pat arranged two tours for us both of which we enjoyed. She had information about available tours. The guesthouse is about 15... More

We loved or stay at Siri House!! We stayed for 8 nights in total, extending an initial 5 night stay. It is located on the eastern side of the Ping river, about 10-15 mins walk from the old town. We walked it everyday with no problems! It is also walking distance to the train station, which we also did quite... More
