Their internet site says stay 3 days, get 4th day free. When I asked about this, they told me that was very old and not valid any more. Advertised WI-FI access, translates to 3 hours per day ending at midnight. Room electrical wiring is faulty. Don't put a 3 prong plug into their 3 prong socket, it will blow a... More

Just arrived here with our confirmed booking. The girls looked at it and spoke to each other and said we are very sorry, we are full however we have your room in another building. They brought us to another guesthouse across the road. Saw no other guests here. There were workers renovating most of the rooms. The security of the... More

I have stayed at the Anoma Boutique House Hotel many times since January 2010 which was not long after it opened. The great thing is that standards have not dropped one iota. The rooms are, well, roomy and very comfortable and have everything in them you'd expect and the bathrooms are good to use also with nice touches like a... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in early March and really enjoyed it. The staff was attentive but not overwhelming. The rooms were clean and uniquely designed. The beds were a bit hard and the bathroom was small for 2 people, but the room was spacious and air conditioning was great. There was a breakfast included in... More

In Brazil, " Boutique" is called fancy hotels. Here, it's not the case. We stayed in a a superior room, which wasn't big, although clean, with good sheets and towels. The bathroom was ok. The highligts are the staff ( very gentle) and the location in the old city, close to sunday market. As there isn't elevator, it's better to... More

We stayed in Anoma boutique house for only 1 night and loved it! The room has a Northern Thai decor, I especially liked the doors and the wardrobe. We stayed in a standard double room so the room is not big but I saw the suite rooms which are really spacious. The place is generally clean although we found quite... More

We stayed 3 nights at Anoma guesthouse. I had booked on ebookers after seeing the reviews on Tripadvisor. We had a deluxe room which was clean, comfortable and very big. The bathroom was good - they could do with replacing the seal - and toiletries is provided. The location is very good: I would definitely recommend staying in the old... More

Stayed for 2 nights here. Not the cheapest place, but the staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and was delicious! Good location in the old town of Chiang Mai. We'd recommend the night markets and checkin out the quirky little shops scattered around the old town. Also the day trip was excellent...... More

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The place looked welcoming with a sunny open entrance with a pond and an outdoor eating space. We had a room on the 2nd floor in the corner. The room was nice and a decent size but it was a little dark. It had a safety deposit box and complimentary waters... More

I have stayed here several times over the last three years and it gets more and more like a home from home. This family owned hotel is in great location inside the old city and only five minutes or so walk to the Tha Phae Gate. It's also very close to Ratchadamnoen Road which is where Chiang Mai's famous Sunday... More
