With breakfast which is quite good but the place is quite average compared to other places at that price so if you have time walk around and look for another hotel. A kettle with cups and coffee plus free soap and shampoo makes a difference. Would I come back? Not again as there's plenty of better choices around.

I have been staying at the Anoma Boutique House every time I have been in Chiang Mai since soon after the hotel first opened. On this visit I was given a room which I have had a couple of time before more than three years ago. While the room itself was generally as good as ever I noticed a number... More

The narrow entrance is quite easy to miss this hotel but walking inside you will find a charming Lana style house with friendly service. The hotel is rather narrow and the room is small but clean and neat. Lightings inside the room is rather dim. Location is within walking distance of the weekend night market and several temples for you... More

I've been myself referred to Anoma Boutique House by one of my good friends. And I liked it: it's humble, clean, has all the facilities you need. They serve decent breakfast which is included in the room booking rate. The 'Healthy' one with fruits and cereals was absolute fave. The location is quite convenient too.

We had a pleasant stay at Anoma boutique house. Rooms were in a good condition and affordable. Big rooms with nice bathrooms and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and highly motivated. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious. I recommend yoghurt with fruits and cereals. The staff can also arrange a cap and tours for you. Worth the money !

A nice hotel on a busy street in the old town. The welcome & service was ok if a bit chaotic. Rooms were above average for a low/mid rate hotel, pleasant enough but a little dark. Breakfast wasn't great but there are loads of other options within walking distance. I wasn't disappointed but I'm not sure I'd go back -... More

Very nice small hotel. Rooms are very small. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast not that good. Small eating area. No pool. Very good location - in the middle of old town. Nearby internet cafe and small travel agency when you arrange your trips-very cheaply, i strongly recommed it - a very good way to see things outside Chiang Mai. Night market... More

At 1500 baht a night (mid low season) I expected something pretty decent considering the sheer amount of hotels in cm old city. But it's very basic , no frills. Ok so there's a/c (noisy) and a tv but that's it. See through curtains, small bathroom with a very slippery tub as a shower (which was either burning hot or... More

After wandering the old town looking for a place to stay we were becoming very despondent with the crappy, small, dirty guest houses we viewed varying in price from 400-700baht (low season). For a night or two these places would suffice however we are in our late 30s now, and were also wanting a place for 8 nights. Nestled amongst... More

The location couldn't be any better! It's in old town right by everything you could possibly want, bars, bike rentals, minimarkets, restaurants, massages, must thai fights, you name it! The room was good for the price, breakfast was decent, staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us book some random things that we wanted to do and there was... More
