When we arrived very early in the morning, we were welcomed by a nice receptionist. She gave a very good consideration to us and was helpful. The room was clean, but the bathroom in common could be improved by installing a simple shower curtain to avoid spreading water all over the bathroom. Wifi was ok.

I stayed her twice in May, I do have mixed feeling about this place. The rooms are big in size and the rooms at the back are really quite which is great and the price is brilliant. They also allowed us to check out at 8pm for our overnight bus which was amazing. The wifi is really poor, we ended... More

I looked at a lot of cheap rooms in Chiang Mai, some are so scary it is not funny. Lucky I had time to look at a few. This one is quite clean and the upstairs rooms have a bit of a view even. So I would recommend getting a upstairs room at the back away from me the road.

The place is clean and the price is fair. The staff is friendly. The guesthouse lacks a bit in charm. There is free breakfast in the morning, but nobody told us and saw it once we were leaving. It is within the centre with a lot of good and cheap food and drink places around.

The guesthouse is 2 mins walk from the night food market and surrounded by anything you could need: bike and moto rentals, loundry, shops....the lot The room we were given was huge and had a small terrace on the street on the 2nd floor. All for 400bh, WiFi hot shower but no breakfast. Just don't go to the internet cafe... More

We had a big clean room on the 4th floor. When your a light sleeper don't accept a room with balcony at street side. We didn't mind. No cleaning, I asked for toilet paper and clean towels, they brought them immediately. The best part is the location, good restaurants, night markets etc. nearby. But this guesthouse will not be our... More

Prime location, amazing customer service, the girl at the reception really helped us choosing the best package tours at discounted prices. The only problem with the room was the slight smell of sewerage we had for our first two days of stay, just in the shower room. Smell apart, cheap and totally recommended!

I have stayed in Chiang Mai several times, and I know better guest houses with at least half the cost than what TK guest house charges. I had to choose this one because I needed to be in Chiang Mai unexpectedly over New Year, when many Chinese visitors and half of Bangkok travels to the town. You can see for... More

The location is ideal because it is in the inner city Chiang Mai on the south-east: -The south-east quadrant is the BEST section because it is near the eastern city gate, where the nightly market is. - Secondly, it is near the southern gate, where the Saturday night market is located. - Thirdly, the Sunday night market which makes a... Really loved the reception girl. (Forgot to take note of her name.) She was very honest and helpful all throughout our stay. My laptop got stolen at the train station and she allowed me to use her cellphone to call the station. The room given to us (room 306 - the only room available at the time) didn't have TV... More
