Really loved the reception girl. (Forgot to take note of her name.) She was very honest and helpful all throughout our stay. My laptop got stolen at the train station and she allowed me to use her cellphone to call the station. The room given to us (room 306 - the only room available at the time) didn't have TV... More

The place is realy nice because of its location. It's in the old city but also close to the nightmarkets. All with a walkingdistance. If you need to go somewere, just ask the staff the can help you with everything and can arrange all kinds of tours that you like. Tip: i would recommend the use of the airco because... More

Only planned on staying one night and ended up being here for 4. The main concierge spoke english well and recommended a few fun activities and also got my girlfriend and I small discounts for booking through TK. Clean, spacious room. They provide tp and towels. We were high enough up that there was no noise from the street. AC... More

I shared a room with a girl I had met- we did a fan only room. It was pretty clean despite a questionable stain on my pillow. The blankets provided were rough and very thick so I did not use it. Towels were provided later after laundry was done. Our room had a wonderfully wide balcony with a drying rack... More

Came to Chiang Mai to train Muai Thai and planned to stay on-site at the gym but when I checked the prices I found that I could stay here in the heart of the Old City for 5000 baht a month versus 7000 at the gym. Stayed for 6 weeks. Perfect location. Close to everything. Clean rooms all with free... More

I arrived in Chiang Mai in September withva reservation at TK just so I had somewhere to land, I ended up staying at TK and even encouraging friends to book here over the course of 5 months! T the proprietor is a great guy, the entire staff is very friendly and professional (unforunately a rare trait in hostel staff). The... More

The owner is great and really quick to respond to problems and offer travel advice. Location is awesome -- really central to everything. The only downside, which is a big one if you are traveling solo, is that there really isn't any social atmosphere. I never met a single person while staying here and there isn't a hangout lounge area.... More

Stayed here during Loy Krathong November 2013 with my friend and we loved it. Great, accommodating staff who cared about us and fixed problems quickly. We loved it so much we stayed here again after doing the Mae Hong Song loop on motorbikes. Affordable, centrally located, great staff & in-house affordable restaurant during high season.

Very much enjoyed my stay. 350 baht per night for a spacious, twin room with ensuite in a thriving busy city for my mind is fantastic value. The staff, especially the very friendly New Zealand owner were very helpful and gave me many suggestions regarding what to do. The beds were very comfortable ( I sadly slept in both ), the... More
