The shared kitchen in RCN court is a really nice option! If you don't use to eat in restaurant 3 times a day, if you are gonna to spent long time in Chiang Mai, if you are a bit tired of Thai food (I like it,of course! but not 3 times, every day!) So, you can cook what you like!... More

Staff was VERY helpful and gave us all the tours options available (not push at all). Breakfast was paid but good. 5 minutes walking from night market. Good and cheap laundry. Room was very basic and old as well as the facilities.

Spend a couple of nights here whilst passing through Chiang Mai. I've previously stayed outside the old city (by Lanna Hospital) and decided to try a more central base. Not bad if you want access to a kitchen, and certainly good in terms of location. Entrance via a small soi off on of the busy old city thoroughfares so it... More

I stayed there for a long time as I was studying in Chiang Mai. It is a very good value for money and super convenient. Big rooms with fridge, TV, double bed, wardrobe, private bathroom. It has a kitchen that you can use, laundry service, restaurant, free WiFi. Located next to a temple in a quiet and central area. Cons:... More

It is old hotel with old furniture, squeaky bed, noisy from outside. The room had not been cleaned at all, the garbage was not carried even once for my 3 days staying at this hotel. But there is small restaurant with good food and cheep prices.

Average all around we found nicer, cheaper options a few sois away. The room was pretty drab, and our circuit (we didn't plug anything in) overloaded. The WiFi was somewhat difficult. I have read that their monthly rates are very affordable.

The guesthouse is in the average, it has everything it promises. Standard clean rooms and a lovely common room with the kitchen and dining table. Staff is always available and a lot of services are available too like laundry and tour booking. The guesthouse is located right in the centre of Chiang Mai, inside the old town. Close by can... RCN Court is situated at the end of a smal Soi in the old centre of Chiang Mai. Rooms are situated on two sides. One louder side to the soi and the temple, and another, more quiete, to the back. Rooms are average. A plus is a kitchen on the ground floor, which can be used by every guest, and... More

I advise all travellers to avoid staying in RCN for a few months for they are building a new house behind RCN and the level of the daily noise is unbearable. You cannot stay inside your room from 9am to 6pam.

We had a good time here, the rooms were bright, large, beds were very comfy, the cover was a little too small for a double bed, showere was a little to small for my partner 6ft but bathrooms were clean! it is in a good location only a 5/10 min walk to main streets! Staff were a little hard to... More
