Really good value. Comfy beds, nice linens. We had the lowest cost rooms w fan. One was a bit musty, one was a bit small...for same price. The pool is lovely, location is great. The owner was not hugely friendly though. Woman was nice, but the owner not very concerned that we couldn't get internet in our room, even though... More

We stayed here 3 nights and then left for an overnight excursion and came back again for our last night in Thailand. The first 3 were in a fan room, the last in an air conditioned. Both rooms are very nice with their own unique touches. Artwork, wood wardrobes, headboards, nice detailing on the ceiling. It's very comfortable. Beautiful garden... More

I stayed here in February 2014, in their "Super Deluxe" room with double bed, for five nights. No problems and I enjoyed my visit. I wanted the "Deluxe" room, but they didn't have one available. Now it's true that I'm not on a backpacker budget, so I paid more than I could have. They also have basic rooms with fan... More

The good... Great location in the tourist area and many food places outside in the area. Nice back area with seating and it was really relaxed. Basic but everything you need and we barely spent much time in the room. Really cute, small cafe at the front. The bad... Barely saw staff so was never able to get any service... More

I stayed at Pha-Thai Guesthouse for 10 days on and off in November-December 2013. My room was comfortable and more than adequate for my needs - fridge, cable TV, wi-fi , attached bathroom and toilet. Room was made up each day and the guesthouse was spotlessly clean - squeaky clean downstairs!!! The manager was friendly and helpful - I was... More

One friend recommended us this Guesthouse in Chiag Mai. Located in the Center of Chiang Mai. Good Price, nice room , Overall very clean, away from the noisy street. Nice Patio. Internet Wi-Fi included. The owner rents motos, and organize tours. Everything very near (Restaurants, Laundry, Massage, Tempels)

It's a very nice place to stay and to enjoy Chang Mai. A quite place, with a garden, clean rooms, well located in the center of the old city. Free wifi. People are very helpful, and speak French. It is also very close to a market with a lot of foods, very good and cheap.

We've been staying in Pha Thai much longer than planned (we got Dengue Fever and had to recover). We really enjoyed it. The rooms are nice and spacy, and the place is absolutely well kept. You can feel it's a family enterprise, The Boss and CHA his niece are always very helpful in giving you advice (in French also). Only... More
