This is the perfect place to stay if you want somewhere very quiet, easily walkable and clean. Rooms are simple and comfy, the staff we encountered were perfectly nice.

A good budget option in Chiang Mai and very close to all the main tourists sites and only a minute from the Sunday night street market. Room was spotlessly clean, good bathroom, fridge but ac unit was a little noisy. Little balcony, ideal for drying clothes. Also very close to loads of restaurants and bars.
