We stayed two nights and had a nice stay. Breakfast was varied and fresh and you were allowed to choose a cooked option of varied styles of eggs (scrambled, fried etc) pancakes and french toast...maybe forgot one or two other options. All very tasty. The rooms very clean with all the essential facilities. Daphni really is the driving force. I... More

I arrived very late, around 11:30, on January 19th, 2015 for a three week stay. Since I had called in advance, Ron was waiting for me at the front gate. Unfortunately, I had contracted food poisoning from a bad airline meal. Even arriving sick, I was immediately taken care of and checked on constantly by both Ron and Daphne. I'll... More

We booked three nights at this guest house. Rooms are well furnished, clean, and includes Wi-Fi. A nice breakfast is offered each morning. Daphni the house manager supplied us with a cell phone to call tuk tuks back and forth into town, we used that phone constantly and made getting around easy. The prices here are also a great bargain.... More

this was a cozy stay outside of the hustle and bustle of chaing mai. the food at the restaurant was better than in town (with home cooked western and thai dishes). the hostess, daphne, provided great advice on things to do. she organized three authentic, amazing tours for us. the mobile phone with direct lines to safe, guaranteed, and afordable... Have just returned to Bangkok after a memorable visit at Liam's. We had the two rooms above the restaurant. They were quiet, clean and spacious. Thank you to Daphne for allowing us to keep our belongings in the rooms whilst we went on a 2 day Trip. We all felt very comfortable in our rooms, relaxing by the pool, or,... More

My wife & I stayed here several nights upon coming to Chiang Mai. We liked being away from the crowded city yet close enough to ride a tuk tuk there when we chose to do so. Daphanie and husband were really helpful. The cell phones they furnish with each room is a wonderful idea ( programmed to reach the tuk... More

This place was awesome- we stayed here for a few nights before heading south. The room was very clean, big, and very well decorated. The owners are great- Daphne helped us with securing plans for activities and her partner( sorry forgot his name) gave us a great recommendation for a nearby small local food stand- which was delicious. Overall, I... More

We stayed for 5 nights in December in this charming B&B. The rooms are lovely and always spotlessly clean. The gardens and pool area are tranquil and pretty with the open air bar and restaurant making a drink or meal very enjoyable here. Daphne and her staff could not be more helpful, always willing to assist, advise and arrange trips... More

This guest house run by Dutch-Belgian couple is a very good basis to discover Chiang Mai area. Located in a nice neighbourhood, good rooms, great breakfast, beautifull garden. The hosts have usefull tips for daytrips and local activities.

Surprisingly close to the bustle of Chiang Mai, Liam's is a very quiet respite on the river road past the Superhighway. The rooms are very comfortably appointed, and the garden with small pool is a very relaxing place to hang out. I love Thai food, but the European focus of the food here is a nice break. Breakfast is delicious... More
