Liked: cute friendly thai staff. Helped us with heavy suitcases up 4 flights of stairs The staff called us several taxis. Located round the corner to the markets. Clean and spacious rooms with a balcony. Rooms were cleaned everyday Disliked: the rooster that clucked in the early hours

What a big rip off, never judge any reviews on Agoda.com they gave this 3.5 stars not even 1 star 1st this place is not a 3.5 star hotel, 2nd my room was on the 5th floor no elevator and I have a broken ankle it made it very hard, either way too many stairs, room hot water had a... More

The staff here are very friendly and courteous. The room is very clean with mountain views. The first morning we were surprised by a rooster crowing, it felt like we were living in the countryside! It is within walking distance to the night bazaar and eateries. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The view from our room was gorgeous! Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms, the ambience was calm and relaxing and the whole place was very spacious. Walking distance from several awesome restaurants as well!

The guesthouse was fab. I'm guessing it was family run. Friendly people. It had a tennis table in the foyer, which was good if waiting for pickups. Good location, few hundred meters from the main road but very easy walk into town and the night markets. THE LOCATION ON TRIP ADVISOR IS WRONG - I hate using caps but think... More

We stayed for two nights here in May 2014. There were three of us in a triple room and it was super clean with comfy beds, loads of space and a huge fridge. The staff were great, really helpful, plus there was free tea and coffee in the lobby. The terrace was handy for airing clothes and the location was... More

This place is located close to many great restaurants and cafes, and is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Night Bazaar. The staff are very lovely and they have a nice common area for guests to relax in downstairs. They can also help book many tours if you needed something to do. As there were 3 of... More

We spent 6 days at the Bed and Terrace guesthouse in January 2014 and it turned out to be a perfect home-base from which to explore the city. The location is very good once you master the complexity of the alleyways: it is just a five minutes' walk to the wall of the old town centre to the east, and... More

The staff here are extremely helpful and booked us a lot of activities, and were also helpful with our late check out. The room was cool, clean and spacious and the lobby is a nice place to hang out in the hot afternoons. Location is good, it's quiet but lots of shops and cafes are a short walk away and... More

Great location. Great price. Staff o.k. Try get first floor. Oh and defo get air-con,rooms can be very stuffy! All in all good cheap accommodation. Would stay again for 2-3 days; booked some days out with them at a very good price, and everything went smoothly.
