We had a great stay here. 7 nights (supposed to stay 5) book early always so full. 750 baht a night. Out double aircon room was very spacious. Nice balcony (no seats though) strong aircon. Big fridge, DVD player and TV. The room was cleaned everyday and smelt so nice. Clean bed sheets, towels and two free waters. Strong wifi.... More

We absolutely loved our stay here, a family run guesthouse that located between city center and the night bazaar. The rooms were big and clean, the service was great, wi-fi was reliable, good A/C and the atmosphere was a delight. You can book trips from the guesthouse. If you can get the top level suite, the balcony is nice little... More

It smack in the entrance of the city...right beside the Tha Phea gate and Sunday night bazaar area. Great eating options and massage places in walking distance and just 20min to airport and still very very safe, quite and peaceful. What else does a traveller need! Its a steal for the price you pay. The rooms are huge with all... More

We had a great stay here. It's right in the centre of everything and easy to walk to night markets, find food, drinks, bazaars etc. the hotel itself was clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff polite, friendly and helpful and the bed comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, we were provided with fresh towels daily and our sheets... More

Stayed at this guest house for just one night, and I was really surprised at the size of our room versus the cost. We had the top level 'suite' which had its own private balcony with a nice view and large quarters. It was really close to the night bazaar and restaurants which was great. The hotel staff was really... More

Booked this hotel in advance as we had a long journey to chiang mai and didnt want to waste valuable time looking for a hotel, as well as the possibility of being too tired to look... Although this accommodation was satisfactory/average, i do think that after looking around the area we realised that there are sooo many other hotels that... More

I stayed at Bed and Terrace for over a weak and it was a quite good stay. The room was clean and somewhat cheap. And if you ignore the sess pool that Loi Kroh Road has become then the location was also quite good.

The staff at the Bed and Terrace guesthouse are amazing. They really go out of their way to help you. They booked us on a cooking course on short notice, kept our bags safe for us when we went on a three day trek and when we returned they offered us towels and showers before we had to head to...
