Rainforest Boutique Hotel is one of the most reasonable place to stay in Chiangmai. When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered a connecting room. It is a good idea if you have children as there is only one entrance. The hotel staff was kind enough to show us the room before we decide. The rooms we had were... More

Stayed for 3 nights in a delux twin bedroom . Room was so cramped with barely enough space between the 2 beds Room was located in the main block . Both swimming pools were located too close to the room on either side of the main block as i stayed in different rooms and on different side of the block... More

If you used to go in standard hotel....but quality hotel! Dont go there! You will be very disappointed by all....any client service, old rooms, windows wich cannot close, pool mattresses in a incredible state, any smile from staff, tourist destination and the only wish is to make money (taxi....) It depends of course what you want and your experience in... More

Stayed for 5 nights in one-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. Old looking building and rooms with squeaky wooden doors and outdated interior. Two nice swimming pools with sun tanning beds and umbrellas. Although they list a gym, it does not exist if you do not count three poorly working treadmills which look like they were made in the 1970-s. The... More

My Husband and I stayed here for a total of 9 nights in Dec/ Jan 2013-2014 and LOVED it. The service was great, we ended up upgrading to the newly renovated rooms which were lovely. There was a free shuttle to the night market and the driver, Lucky, was great. The beds in the new rooms were very firm and... More

Great hotel and very reasonably priced considering. We had a deluxe room with outdoor bath, really nice room and looked just like the photos on website/booking sites. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel and room were both clean and tidy. Both pools are great, we preferred the one at the back as it was a little quieter than... More

We love staying at the Rainforest Luxury Boutique hotel (5 nights). Friendly and helpful staff! We have a spacious room on the 2nd floor of the old building overlooking the swimming pool. The room has a lovely wooden front (authentic touch!) door, wooden furniture, a stone floor (we like!), a good bed/mattress (VIP after sightseeing days) and a spacious dressing... More

We stayed for 5 nights near the Yi Peng festival in a superior room, can't comment on the other rooms as we never saw them. Bed was fairly uncomfortable but the rest of the room was fine. The staff were friendly and happy to help book any tours / experiences for us. Wifi is free but you can also use... More

We stayed in luxery boutique wing our first night as we got to Chiang mai a day earlier and superior was fully booked. I would rate superior room in main building better although shower in superior room very poor. Luxery room was not cosy, concrete floors with no tiles or carpet and just not really worth the extra money. Staff... More

Stayed for 3 nights. Near the airport. Staffs very pleasant, sincere and willing to help. We booked the round trip transfer from the airport to the hotel and when we arrived at the airport, we did not saw out driver so we phoned the hotel and they immediately sent a driver without charging us the trip from the airport to...
