For what I paid I couldn't believe how amazing this hotel was! So clean and beautiful. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are two swimming pools and the breakfast included in my stay was delicious! The only downside is that the main area of chiang Mai is about a 30-40 minute walk away but the hotel... More

We really appreciated the peace of this resort - although the wooded buildings did lend themselves to loud footsteps - the ambiance was a relief from the inner city of Chiang Mai. If you want the hustle/bustle - it's not here. We found it an easy walk to the Wararut Market - everything else needed a tuk-tuk or taxi -... More

Although the notion boutique hotel has no exact definition, I would not call this a boutique hotel. This property is situated within walking distance of Chiang Mai railway station in a quiet street. A countryside atmosphere. The hotel consists of 3 buildings and a big open restaurant . We had a standard room. It is a nice property with 2... More

This was the first stop on our tour of Thailand. The hotel has an authentic Thai feel, we choose the largest room and it was very clean and the facilities were very good. The hotel is approximately 7 mins away from the old city, and they run a free shuttle service to the night markets every night at 8pm. Breakfast... More

3 of us stayed in family room ( 1 double & 2 twin beds & 2 bathrooms & 2 balcony). Great buffet breakfast included. Two pools. Laundry offered by the people opposite are cheaper than the hotel, they also offer taxi / tuk tuk into town / airport for 100/150 baht. Hotel located about 15 min from town ( only... More

Was traveling with my 20-year-old son and it was my/our first time to Chiang Mai. The climate was nearly perfect, which certainly contributed to a wonderful visit. I wanted an experience somewhere between a backpacking hostel and a sterile hotel, and found this the perfect fit. Quiet location but within easy reach of the Old City via red cab/tuk tuk... More

Close enough to Train Station to walk but not close enough to hear. No need to spend extra on taxi. Stayed in the luxury side of hotel. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Wifi a little bit choppy but good enough! Cheap scooter rental available right across from hotel and Sunday Market and Night Bazaar a short ride away! Loved our stay... More

We had a nice time at the hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, the restaurant and bar provided good food and drinks during the day. To be able to choose between two pools was great, as the main pool was always crowded with screaming children. Nice and calm place for a reasonable price!
