Beautiful Place and room, The space was large and well furnished. Upon entry the Queen sized bed was on the right side, and to the left was the LCD tv as well as the desk and refrigerator. at the other side of the room is the entrance to the space leading to the tub. On the left side just past... More

We stayed here for 3 nights on our first visit to Chiang Mai. The rooms were very clean and the bed not too hard for Thai standards. For the money we paid (£23 a night) I really couldn't fault it. We used the pool furthest from the restaurant each day which was very refreshing! Had dinner at the restaurant one... More

First the positives: - Front desk staff: friendly, helpful, and responsive. The staff always greeted us with a smile, helped to arrange cabs and tours, and were generally congenial people. - Some dishes at the included morning meal (namely the Thai curries) were fantastic. - Landscaping/setting was beautiful. Negatives: - Large gaps in the doors and windows (see attached photo)... More

This is a great hotel - we stayed for 3 nights and it was great value for money. The hotel is pretty and has 2 pools, but more importantly the staff were amazing and so helpful with any request or question we had. We stayed in a standard room and it was great for what we wanted. The hotel is... More

We had a great room on the top floor with views to the east/south which was great because it was very cool in the morning and the sun shone in our windows from sunrise till late afternoon. The breakfast selection was fantastic, ask for bacon and receive a heart stopping heap on your plate and omelettes to order! Great selection... More

The staff was very nice and polite. Room was clean. One thing not very convenient its the location which is rather out of town. Anyhow, They have a shuttle bus that takes you to the famous night market every night at 8pm. There's 2 Swimming pool that opens at 7 but closes at 10pm. You can find a lot of... More

We booked on trip advisor to stay here for 3 nights whilst travelling around Thailand. We fly into Bangkok from London and waited around for our connecting flight, we had arrange for the hotel to collect us for 300bht, our plane was delayed and we were worried about the reception we may get because of this. We were greater with... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend for two nights. We had a rainforest deluxe room in the boutique wing. The hotel is in the Lanna style so there is lots of dark wood and light walls. Beautiful. Our room had air con, a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a large deep spa... More

Away from the craziness of town, but only a short taxi ride into town or other places (100-200 baht) but free service to night market each night. Two pools, good chefs at restaurant, breakfast worth getting up for, reliable internet. Computers in lobby could be updated, but do the job. Tours can be booked, looks like guests are from all... We arrived at the hotel and got the economic room. It was choking: dark, smelling old house, dirty pillows (I went to the reception to ask clean ones), broken window and stinky air conditioned. To sum up, we did not see ourselves passing 3 nights in this room. So, we went and complained to the reception and therefore, we visit... More
