Pats is located in a great part of Chiang Mai's Old City quarter. The management was really nice and very helpful. The rooms were quiet clean and very functional. The cost was really reasonable for the services and location in Chang Mai. I would recommend this place for my friends and anybody who wants to travel on a budget but... More

we loved everything about our stay here, it was our best stay in Thailand. The cosy hotel's interior is a great mix of new design (polished concrete) and traditional teak furniture which gives it a warm feel. The lounge and terrace are ideal to relax and have a drink after a day exploring. The family who runs this place, is... More

My friends and I stayed at this hotel from 05th-08th Jan 2014. We arrived at the hotel around 9am and the staff helped us to check-in and store our belongings as our rooms are yet to be ready. - Less than 15 minutes from Chiang Mai Airport - You can stop the songthaew (truck transport) at right in front of... We arrived in Chaing Mai early needing a place to stay. During our stay they were super helpful with great recommendation for food and messages. Cozy little rooms, nice personal balcony, great food and front open patio.

I have never stayed here before and decided to chose this place due to the location and its superb comments given in this website. I stayed from 28-30th Dec 2013 with my husband. It is in a very good location, inner city area. The hotel room was pretty spacious and bedding is comfortable. What I am very impressed was actually... More

Having stayed at Pat's several times over the last few years I was confident that this stay would be just as good. Unfortunately this was not the case. We arrived past the check-in time to find our room was not ready. I had booked a long way in advance and asked for a room overlooking the street. I had expected... More

This such a brilliant gem in Chiang Mai, the unbeaten location which is around the famous temples, such as Wat Chedi Luang & Wat Phantao are just 2-3 minutes away on foot! The service is impeccable, especially the lady who's in charge from evening until night, she always puts a smile on her face whenever she greets you. Although its... More

This is a long overdue review, we stayed here a few years ago and it was just great! Chiang Mai is such a neat city, and this hotel is in a great location. Chiang Mai's famous markets are on the streets surrounding this area, and they are not to be missed. Also, all of the best temples are a hop... More

We spent several enjoyable days here. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking a wat across the street that has a chair that could fit two. It was also on the top floor which gave us a good work out getting our bags up there! There’s no real closet or a lot of shelf space to unpack... More

This little eclectic place is just so cool. From the hotel taxi (which is an old VW bus) to the small things like the dishes they use, EVERYTHING is so warm and welcoming. The staff is so sweet and gave us anything we needed. Beds are fairly comfortable, which is a first in Asia. Beautiful little balconies. Yummy included breakfast,... More
