We just finished a wonderful stay at the Nest. Pun was very helpful. We decided to stay in Chiang Mai two more nights. The Nest was fully booked. Pun called several places nearby to check for availability and rates. We also enjoyed Lom. He was the late afternoon/ all night person. He always greeted us with a smiling face morning... More

This is a nice little guesthouse tucked in a quiet neighborhood. 10 min walk to Main Street toward Doi Suthep 20 min walk to Maya and loads of nice local eateries in between. Out the back is the old mall and Tops market. The hotel is quiet, staff is kind and attentive. I have 3 boys and the room on... More

This hotel is a bit hard to find. Also, it was advertised as a bed and breakfast but the breakfast consisted of instant coffee or tea and Ritz crackers. Overall, the room was clean a good size. The bathroom was small with a shower but did the job. I wouldn't stay here if you want to walk to the night... More

The hotel is well priced and located in a quiet side street. Our room was tiny and had no fridge (it was outside in the corridor). Why I have said my partner and I were a little disappointed was because the hotel lacked any atmosphere. I read reviews and would now agree from experience that unless the owner Bird (who... More

All in all, our room in The Nest was lovely. Beds were supremely comfortable and everything was nicely decorated (down to the curious Christmas tree on a table---in May....). The only negatives I can say are that there was no breakfast, even though this is listed as a b&b. I'm okay with this, but I have a 9&12 year old... More

The nest is in an excellent location, minutes from the East moat and Walking Street. The hotel is clean and the price is good in relation to others nearby. All rooms have aircon or fan and it's an extra 100bt for the aircon remote. This still makes for a decent price.

I stayed here for 14 nights and would highly recommend. It is a perfect location for a visit to chiang Mai. The manager Bird is extremely helpful and all staff were friendly. The cleanness could not be faulted. The hotel is authentic it is not a franchise and is a small family business. Yes you might get different coloured sheets... More

This is the place for relaxing in a "chill" environment. This resort, hidden the the jungle, about 1 hour from Chaing Mai is ideal for resting, exploring on motor bikes, and hiking. The bamboo huts are charming in a camp-like way. The pool is private and secluded under huge bamboo trees, the massage building is open air and the treatment... More

This place really is a bit special (for the price). It's not 5* luxury, but it's not 5* prices. Our room was really lovely - wooden floor, plenty of storage, and a very comfy bed. The whole house is beautifully decorated with Thai art. The cleanliness is exceptional and the buffet breakfasts are good - bacon, sausage, eggs and toast... More

Quite nice staff although few speak English. Nice big and clean room. Good breakfast but often food that is not kept warm. The breakfast was COLD unless you arrive at 7am, and even then some food is cold. Every day the same food. Quite overpriced.
