I would not stay here again for a few reasons. We were treated very rudely by one staff member, perhaps because we didn't book any tours, I don't know. We didn't have a reservation, were told a room that was available, but only for 2 nights (we heard this told to multiple people later), but then we could check back... More

The rooms are pretty basic but they're clean and the staff are really helpful and hospitable. They have a restaurant with decent breakfast and an honesty bar which gives the place a really homey vibe. A great place considering how cheap it is - 350 baht (approx £7) a night for a double room!

The price of a room is low, you pay for what you get. It is very basic and only had a fan and it was very light in the room because there are only some cloths before the windows as curtains but it is a nice and cozy hostel. Also, a good place to meet other people that are backpacking.

I stayed in a private room and you pay for what you get. The room wasn't great and was very basic with only a fan but only used it as a place to sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best part of the guesthouse was the communal area, it was a great place to meet people and you... More

Very good value for money. Great staff and good food and an honesty bar too. I shared a twin room with a fan for a few days. It was very hot and I did miss the air-con sometimes but the showers are nice and cold. The atmosphere is great and people are very sociable, most of them backpackers like us.... More

Lucky enough to book in as I had read lonely planet & it sounded like a good place. It is amazing the staff are all so helpful & friendly we stayed for 5 days. It is a real back packers budget place but feels a lot like home. Very simple small rooms but the atmosphere in the place is fantastic... More

My friend and I stayed here as it was recommended. There was no dorm beds left so we took the double room with fan for 350 baht which is extremely good value. Could not get internet signal in room so had to sit in communal area to get wi fi, which is a good thing as gives chance to mingle... More

Stayed in double room with fan, great value for money compared to other places in Chiang Mai, we just found room needed bit of updating and openable windows. Really liked communal area with pool table, Jenga etc. also the honesty policy with drinks. Great to meet other people and have few drinks. Good location too within the old city.

Stayed in a double bed room with a fan. At times it gets hot but its still well worth the money I paid. Clean rooms and reasonably comfortable beds. Chill garden and reception area where you can relax and grab a beer or something to eat at a budget price. Very helpful and kind staff, which organized our 2 day... More

Hi. I stayed here in a private room in September with my partner in our travels. really enjoyed it! Great to meet new people and great communal space. Be careful as everything you spend from drinks to trips is put on a tab so don't let yourself go out of control! The room also said to have air con which... More
