We stayed here at this beautiful teak house and we felt like being home. There are several girls running the guest-house and all of them are extremely helpful and friendly always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. They help us arranging excursions and even called to the post office once to ask for some information... more

The Baan Hanibah looks lovely from the outside - you go through the little front garden/courtyard to get to the front door, and it is a lovely little oasis. Wooden flooring through out the public areas. I had a downstairs bedroom, I think No 4 - it was adjacent to the staircase. The room was small, and adequate. The furniture... more

My wife and I spent 4 days at the Baan Hanibah as our base for exploring the Chiang Mai area. The guesthouse and staff was great! The rooms, common areas, and grounds are very nice. It is a place where it is comfortable and easy to relax. The staff was great at arranging tours and transportation, and just spending time... more

Very nice teak house beautifully maintained by the couple who own it. We stayed for 9 days and had room #7 on the second floor with a separate, modern bath room with shower and a dressing room area for suitcases and clothes. Included was a breakfast that is simple but good (cereal, toast, pastries and some mornings, rice porridge) and... more

We (a group of five adults) stayed at Baan Hanibah for 3 nights as part of our two week long Thailand trip in June-July 2009. We stayed another B&B in Chinag Mai, and 4 star hotels in Bangkok and Phuket during this trip. Baan Hanibah was the most comfortable place we have stayed, and we loved it most.. We were... more

I am hesitant to give a great review because I fear everyone will want to stay here and I won't be able to get a reservation the next time I am in town. However, because this is such a wonderful guest house, I want to give them the props they deserve. First, the rooms are lovely with well crafted furniture,... more

The owners are fabulous and the staff are friendly and professional. Descriptions of the guest house itself –(Baan Hanibah) please take time to read the website – http://www.baanhanibah.com/html/about_us.htm It was an old teak house which was the family home of the owner. It has been beautifully converted into 10 wonderful en-suite guest rooms with tasteful Thai furniture and little personal... more

Great hosts, clean nice rooms in quiet spot. A home away from home! Good central location for sight seeing, shopping, massages etc. Hosts were accommodating and helpful without being pushy. Nice breakfast too. more
