We stayed there for 1 night because at first we wanted to see different sides of Chiangmai. We have to say that we had a great experience there. For only one night, this place makes us feel like home. Lovely house, great staffs. perfect location in Chianmai. Next time I´ll spend my whole vacation here:)

I had a great stay at this very nice and friendly Baan Hanibah. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and had a very nice atmosphere. If anyone plan to stay in the hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and worth a penny, I would recommend here :)

My family (2 adults and 3 kids) recently stayed in the family suite, and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, only 15 minutes from the airport, in a quiet corner of the Old City, and within walking distance of restaurants, markets, and other attractions. We loved the beautiful house, and the service was friendly and prompt. The bathroom... More

This place is cosy. It's like a little sanctuary, close to the moat yet away from all the noise. Wonderful and friendly staff who make you feel welcomed. Would have stayed longer if we could. It's no wonder that they have won TripAdvisor awards in the past.

What a lovely little B&B, based in a traditional wooden Lanna building. It is in the north east of the city, inside the old walls. This is a lovely part of Chiang Mai, with bars, restaurants and laundry service all near by in the narrow alleys that make up the neighbourhood. The staff are just lovely. Breakfast is served in... After our 4 nights stayed in Baan Hanibah, when the moment we leaving the city, I told my gf I will definitely write some good review on our wonderful accommodation experience. Location is so strategic and took us about 15 mins from airport and walking distance to the city centre. The guest house giving us a comfortable and peaceful environment... More

From start to finish, we had a spectacular experience staying with Baan Hanibah. We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to a beautiful, bright, clean and spacious room with a lovely tiled bathroom. Although there was some construction on and off next door, overall it was very quiet and relaxing and we were able to sleep well without trouble.... More

Nice B&B located in a traditionnel Thaï house, with really nice and attentionate staff. It's located in a small street in the center of chang mai, which is convenient and at the same time quiet. Our room was a familly room which was big and clean. The breakfast was nice too , both continental and traditionnal thaï food were offer.... More

I really enjoyed my stay at Baan Hanibah. Though I had read many good reviews about this B&B, my first-hand experience was beyond expectation. It was the first time that I could feel a nice charm of an old teak house well combined with a well selected amenities. The bed linen was very comfy to sleep in. The water pressure... More
