Loved this place. Booked a single room but was upgraded to a spacious double room with a charming, rustic design. Had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful - all genuinely friendly and working together in harmony to serve you. Location was perfect - walking distance from main... More

Great location for a short walk to plenty of great sights in Chiang Mai's center and east neighborhoods: the guesthouse is off hte busier streets and was nice and quiet. The property was charming and had good lounge space, and the breakfast was tasty - and the staff were incredibly helpful in making calls for transport and tours. Only issue... More

My wife and I stayed at Baan Hanibah for five days during our honeymoon. The staff was continually attentive to our needs and went out of their way to make our visit feel special. The inside of the house is beautiful and the staff made our room extra romantic with aromatic flowers and nicely placed towels/linens. The breakfast was also... More

I solo female traveller I wanted accomodation in Chiang Mai that was clean, safe and easy to get around to local attractions. Hanibah guesthouse ticked all these boxes and then some! I had a downstairs room which was spotlessly clean; it helps that you don't wear shoes in the rooms, which is the norm in Thailand. The guesthouse is decorated... More

The decor is absolutely beautiful, they have a courtyard and common room available for use and the breakfast covers most bases. The staff are so lovely and always willing to help out. My partner badly sprained his ankle on day two and they offered to get him lunch and take his laundry as the rest of us were out for... More

I usually stay in the Old City since it is convenient for someone who uses a bicycle for transport. Baan Hanibah is a small guesthouse with a garden and large trees, which is quite uncommon for guesthouses in the Old City. It is made of wood and the rooms are quite large and very comfortable. It is quiet and clean... More

Stayed at this B&B for two nights and I can only say good things about it! Amazing staff, breakfast is a treat in the little garden and the place is clean. Good location in the old city, its quiet and its about a 10min walk to the Sunday Night Walking Market.

We stayed in the family room at Baan Hanibah and it was wonderful! There was a room with a queen bed and another room with two twin beds, very comfy! The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast is simple and healthy, they included local food which we really enjoyed. It is in a great location and feels like... More

I've stayed in Bann Hanibah for 3 nights, and it's really a great experience!!! It's located in a valley of old town which was convenient for several view points and it's quite quiet for those who cares sleeping quality. The lady in front desk is pretty polite and be patient to answer any question I had. The breakfast was yummy... More
