The location is very good and the staff was quite friendly. However, the family who runs the place uses the lobby as their living space and the kids were shouting non stop. It was very noisy all day long. For the money, I think you can do a lot better in Chiang Mai.

Been to Chiang Mai a few time and firmly believe that all should stay in the heart of the old town. Its where all the culture is and full of life. This is a good budget hotel with super friendly staff. It is what is a budget hotel and is clean tidy and practical.

Positive: - Spacious room -- very big - Good big air-con unit - Big fridge (a lil bit noisy sometimes though) - Location - Quiet - Free breakfast Negative: - Very late housekeeping, mine was around 3pm. - Counter persons cannot speak English well, although they smile a lot - Old and moldy shower curtain - Sink drained to slow

I think its important not to judge this guest house by Western hotel standards but rather as a hostel with basic facilities for travellers, probably mostly back packers. The staff speak little, if any English and i was lucky to be traveling with a Thai friend who interpreted frequently. I stayed in a twin room with en suite facilities. It... More

We moved from log home boutique last monday because the room was so small and the walls were paper thin.Na inn was a great find, we got a huge room with a stunning view of the city for half the price of log home with breakfast. The owner provided us with everything we needed even a wok to heat up... More

The room was decent for price we paid. Location was a little off from night bazaar, but within old city. Wifi was not strong and there was not hot water. Breakfast provided was simple, but we could not ask for more for the price we paid (bread and coffee/tea) Staff was friendly but did not seem to be of much... More

We stayed in a twin room here for two night, very standard rooms, clean and tidy, looks exactly like the photos on here, great location to get to all the bars and attractions. Got laundry done in same place, cheap and cheerful 👍 the breakfast is coffee and toast self service, nice place to stay would definatley recommend

We spend one night in Chaing Mai driving around on a scooter checking out a few places to stay for a few days. We stopped here. The place was clean, big room with a nice shower. No noise outside and cheap. Friendly, smiley staff and nice location.
