Stayed for 2 nights here, recommended in the Rough Guide and there was one room available on arrival without booking in the run up to the Songkran Festival. The room we had was OK, a decent size although there was no air conditioning and it was very hot. The staff were friendly though. Average overall, found better places in the... More

Stayed here for three nights in a deluxe double with ensuite. The room itself was really clean and tidy. With rooms that are facing the road, at night dogs can keep you awake from neighbouring houses. No communal areas and a bit of a language barrier between staff. Definitely mislabelled as a hostel and if anything expensive for that you... More

I regret that I didn't stay for longer at this place. Here is really convenient and cheap. I will come back again if I go Chiang mai again. I love here!!!

Stayed in the single room. The room just basic and not as good atmosphere as the photos on official website. No towels and hair dryer provided. Room in ground floor is sometimes noisy with dogs barking at nights. Maybe stay in the upper floor is better. The staff was not that welcoming. But the location is real good which only... More

An excellent location near the East Gate making all the major attractions easy to get to on foot. The A/C room was very large, spotlessly clean and simply decorated, whilst the shower en suite was a good size. Free wifi which worked well. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from literally next door. The owner was very friendly... More

I stayed for one night at this place and the room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was not that huge but quite typical for Asian guesthouse with shower next to toilet. The location was very good with bars restaurants and everything you need around. There is nothing bad to write about for 700thb per night/ double room... More

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our time. We stayed In the 3 person room with shared bathroom. Very basic but fit our needs fine! It is very close to the old city gate and less than 5 min walk to the Sunday walking street! The Kafe and coffee shop located right next to the hostel were great... More

Everything about this guesthouse was very good: location in center of Chiang Mai (east gate of old city), room spacious and clean. Lady of the house was incredibly friendly and charming as well. English was a bit difficult for her but she tried hard and always with a smile. After a day of being busy with all that Chiang Mai... More

We didn't have any room when we arrived in Chiang Maï...and it was during a big Thaï festival (Loy Khratong)! All the guest houses we went were fully booked. And we were lucky, the owner of this place told us she had one more room, for 600 baths/night (fan, not air conditioning), and it was perfect. Very well located, the... More

This family run guesthouse is small and cozy. It isn't super fancy, but it is nice, clean, and centrally located. I booked a "superior twin" room on Agoda for a 3 night stay. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. It also had one of the most comfortable beds I have encountered in Thailand! POSITIVES: Clean room, comfortable bed, good... More
