The authentic atmosphere offered by this hotel was a nice surprise...very spacious premises, clean and pleasantly decorated rooms with big bathrooms, but do not expect any luxury...I do recommend staying here though and would come back anytime...

We switched to this guesthouse after staying two nights at another hostel and after two nights of no air conditioning on a hard bed and sweating to death and no sleep we decided air conditioning was a must Your house had some of the cheapest prices for double rooms with ensuites and the air conditioning works great. We also rented... More

We stayed there one night as had to move out of our guesthouse. Room quite big, clean sheets, matress hard, as I like it. Wifi in the room was ok. I guess it was yourhouse 2, as there was no reception in our building and in general it was empty, looked a bit abandoned. So, i might stay there again... More

Yourhouse Guesthouse 2 may look like an old dorm, but the rooms are clean, functional, surprisingly spacious and comfortable. For the price, it's a steal. Nicely located inside the inner-city walls, it's within short walking distance of the some of the cities' nicest temples, restaurants and the Sunday Night Market. The friendly lady at the reception speaks English and French... More

Location: We enjoyed our one night stay at this guesthouse due to its central location in the backpacker district. This meant we were within walking distance to a huge variety of restaurants, pubs and the markets. Room: decent size and very clean. The only criticism I have is of the bedding. The mattress was rock hard – a trend in... More

When we arrived it seemed ok (room was cheap so it tucked our box) location isn't bad but service was awful. Upon check in the owner asked for our passports and immigration info. We hadn't had to provide immigration before (been in thailand for a month and stayed at previous guest house before) but this should be standard practice apparently.... More

Well not all sin is wonderful, but the Sin I'm referring to is the owner/host. Sin runs a tight ship at her 3 guest houses 1-3, which we assumed indicated an increase in luxe, and the restaurant amongst the 3 complexes. My g/f and I stayed at Guesthouse 3 for 3 nights and it was great! Very CLEAN well lit... More

I called to make a reservation and the women I spoke to was very rude. I simply asked about airport pickup and she got all bent out of shape (note they do not offer it, contrary to the info in my guidebook). Apparently, they do not like guests at this guesthouse!

Okay, this Yourhouse guesthouse.. Is a must stay. Not because the place is more special than any other. It is very well ok, warm showers, clean linnen, good mosquito net. Nothing bad to comment. Nothing luxurious neither (but seriously, who needs luxury in Chiang Mai? Then you're not in the right place) But this woman, the owner, her name is... More

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is very nice, close to market, bars and lots of fun places. Chaing mai is a fun City. Rent a scooter. On the roads its like mario kart. Its crazy. Be careful and dont drive like in western countries. Drive like thais or you will die. Just follow others on scooters. Great markets... More
