We stayed for 5 nights. The location is very nice, close to market, bars and lots of fun places. Chaing mai is a fun City. Rent a scooter. On the roads its like mario kart. Its crazy. Be careful and dont drive like in western countries. Drive like thais or you will die. Just follow others on scooters. Great markets... More

This guesthouse is pretty average, but it does the trick. My friend and I got a double room in Yourhouse 2. It came with a fan, light bed sheets, and a hot shower. No towels. Also, the ceiling fan was broken so we had to use the rotating fan, which worked okay, but I prefer a ceiling fan. Also, the... More

We slept in Yourhouse 3 which is the most recent of the 3 buildings. We had Wifi, a bathroom and air conditioning. The bed was a bit too soft. No safe locker in the room. The safe locker at the reception is not really safe : it was open when I came back to pick up my bag... Often there... More

I stayed in this hostel just for 1 night, I paid 250bath and the dorm was okay, but everything looks old and the plugs didn't work well. It's not a crowded place so I do not recommend it if you're by your own. I was at 10 to do the check-in (I'd arrived that day at 6 am so I... More

This place was really dirty. Bathroom was terrible. There is some sort of club nearby with music blasting until 1am. Mosquitos in room. Staff was never at desk. Don't waste your money. Plenty of other options in Chiang Mai. Check out Thongrans it is new and really nice. Stayed there but only open 1 night.

Sin is the manager of this guesthouse and her direct, yet playful attitude is a welcome. You need to realize that Thai time is not the same as time in other places. You may need to wait for a while as Sin is pretty busy. She was also great with getting us deals on activities around town. Our room was... More

I randomly happened upon this place by walking round. Chose it because when I asked about a room the woman was full of smiles. It is run by a very sweet family and felt right at home. Spent three nights there with my friends in a large, bright, airy room. Could hear the music from bars down the street but... More

Loved this place! The people are very friendly, they really make you feel at home. The breakfast is nice and the rooms are big. They offer you also a thai cooking course, and a 4 day trip in the jungle. There are lot's of pubs in the neighbourhood, great restaurants and great places to get a massage. The evening market... If you stay here be preparred. Couldn't think of a worse place to stay and have lived in hostels/guesthouses now for a long time. We asked if they had any rooms, before an answer was given we were told no complaints.... Should have been a warning but after the travelling journey we had we accepted before we saw the room....
