We stayed in a grand studio room, which proved to be a good budget option in Chiang Mai. The hotel is pitched as 'serviced apartments' but I would hesitate to stay here long-term due to practicality. The pros: Large air-conditioned room; No mosquitoes in our room - although there were quite a few in the lobby; Microwave and kitchenette were... More

We booked our reservation for 4 nights based on the good reviews on TA. Before we flew into Chiang Mai, I sent an email to arrange for their advertised free airport pickup. Never got a response and no-one was there to greet us at the airport. So, we had to pay for a cab. When we arrived, we were put... More

Just an amazing well run small hotel. Food for breakfast was always good great serving staff everyone was very pleasant. Rooms were just perfect clean and well serviced. girls at the front desk very pleasant ,and helpful. Rented scooters in town so never needed the shuttle. Heading back the beginning of April for the water festival.

For us this was a perfect location, a little bit out from the main tourist hot spot. But not so far to walk or even easyier get a Tuk Tuk into town for around 100 - 150 baht. The room although not new was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient and freshly made to order. Quiet location.... More

Only thing that wasn't 10/10 was the fact that the bikes weren't free to lend, but can't have everything I guess. And any way they only cost 100 Baht a day. Def take advantage of this to get around the fact the hotel isn't in a central location. Great staff, breakfast good, lovely pool, fab bikes, beautiful rooms.. Need I... More

I stayed at The Grand Napat for 6 nights. It was quite new hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean, staff were all very friendly. It was quiet place as it was a little far (7 min driving) from the busy area such as night markets. But hotel offered a shuttle to the market place (one way only though, about... More

We were given an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite. Thank you. It was spacious and clean, but the rooms feels a bit old, not very though. Nice swimming pool area. As for location, it is slightly further from the main action, so best to hire a car or motorbike etc. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We arrived here with a last minute booking from booking.com minutes before. Upon arriving, we were kindly upgraded from the booked Grand Studio to a 1 Bedroom Superior which was incredibly kind of them. It was an apartment! Walked into a kitchen / dining / living room. Then through the door is the big bedroom with a king size bed... More

We booked and stayed in a deluxe 1 bedroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space we had. It truly was a 1br apartment. The bedroom alone was bigger than a standard hotel room with a king bed, could, entertainment unit and an older style flat screen TV. The living area had an L shaped couch, more... More

I was hoping I wasn't going to be an unlucky guest with the bad smell but sadly, we were which let it down by 1 point. We arrived fairly late but a lovely security guard took our bags for us as we checked in. Once in the room, it as very spacious. Could have done with a lick of paint... More
