This place is beautiful with nice swimming pool. The location is right in the middle of college area so there's a lot of street food and cheap restaurants. People don't speak much English here so if you are interested in staying in the tourist area, this is not you ideal place. However, we had a good time staying here and... More

This hotel was great, stayed 1 week and The staff is very friendly. Pool is awsome.. The restaurant food was one of the best thai food I ever have bin eaten. The breakfast was ok, they change little every day. The location was about 10 minutes away from city by tuk tuk so its okey. Not much to see in... More

We stayed here one week. The room is nice and normal size. The pool is excellent for your morning swim. Also the gym works fine. Many people complain about the WiFi I would say that the WiFi works perfect. The restaurant has very good food. The staff is helpful whit your requests. The hotel is located in a very quiet... More

We just completed our stay at the grand napat this morning. We stayed there for a little less than 4 weeks. The place sure got some potential but sadly it's not fulfilling it at all. The fitness room is poorly equipped and badly managed (for example - one of the treadmills had a broken button and got fixed with a... More

We currently stays at The Hotel (been hare for 18 days out off 30) and can describe it as acceptable in general. The rooms are what you could expect and the cleaning okay. The place still have some major deficiencies though : The fitness center is very poor equipped and the machines are old (some of them not even works),... More

Generally speaking, the worst internet connection of any hotel I have ever stayed at, anywhere on Earth (that's approaching 50 countries). ACTUALLY MEASURED IT: 5 Mbs Up, 0.3 Mbs down. Basically, it's a couple of hamsters down in the basement, spinning on a wheel connected to two Dixie Cups and a string. Forget about it. Some people care about things... More

This hotel (apartment service) was worth every penny spent. The staff were friendly and very helpfull, the food is good and cheap comparing to the restaurants near by, the rooms are clean and spacious. **They have channels in multiple languages, also you can borrow movies from the front desk(for rainy nights). I totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms are at least 4 star, the restaurant is great, the pool is great etc etc but the one thing that is lacking in this place is the feel. The only staff member who really gives a s**t about having a decent conversation with you is the waiter boy at the restaurant and they don't even allow for tipping... More

Before we decide on a hotel, we felt that detailed reviews is the most important factor before deciding on an accommodation. We reached the hotel about 0930 hours with airport transfer provided (to & fro) & our room was ready. They have very quick and hassle free check in & check out services. (Please note do give them a call... More

Stayed here for 1 week in May - large comfortable rooms in a quite part of town. Good breakfast on a terrace overlooking the pool, friendly helpful staff. Small gym and nice pool ; erratic wifi but can also use 2 pc's in reception lobby. Bit of a walk into the main part of town, or short tuk tuk ride.... More
