First, we called 3 times and talked to them, in Thai language. They speak Thai, that is their language in Thailand. We asked for a king bed, and confirmed each time, it would be a king bed. When we arrived, they said they only have queen beds. Next, the first person said it would be 200 baht for a taxi... More

Noble Place Hotel seems to be one of the older hotels near the airport. Their rooms which are all non-smoking are huge and well maintained. Each room has a small dining area (with a small ref but no utensils) and living room. The bathroom is also huge and it even has a bathtub. The hotel also provides a buffet breakfast... More

To be honest , I tried to contact hotel about free shuttle van and I never heard anything. A big problem with hot water system ! I paid an upgrade for bathtub and with no hot water?? What a joke! Breakfast was okay ! Hotel needs a big refurbishment, skirting came off from wall, lots of cabinets in living room.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel after we originally booked noble u house but it turned out to be overbooked. It was a blessing in disguise as Noble place ended up being clean, presentable (great value for the cheap price they charge) and the service is fabulous. Specifically, the lady with dark hair at the front desk who... More

My boyfriend and I were originally meant to be staying in the Noble House but they couldn't extend our stay due to being fully booked so they happily placed us here at the same rate. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The daytime staff are extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you (especially the lady we assume... More

Even though it was only around $15 I expected more. Booked because they said they offered an airport shuttle. Turns out there's no shuttle on Sunday, and no apology for not following through on what they advertise. Breakfast was awful, there were ants in more than half the food. Bottom Line: It's slightly better than a hostel and really close... More

We booked 4 deluxe rooms at agoda. The rooms given were suite and very very spacious which made me wonder if we had been upgraded. I asked the staff and they said our rooms were deluxe as booked. Rooms with 2 air-con and 2 TV sets, one in bedroom one in living room. 1 tall fridge. Bed comfy. Well equipped... More

I have been trying to get in touch with this hotel via a email I found, about a up coming stay , but nobody is getting back to me, I'm trying to arrange the shuttle van to pick us up at the airport . This hotel needs to publish a good current email and monitor it for questions.

I just checked into this hotel and inquired about transfer to the airport for my 6:00am departure. The gentleman at the front desk said it was very expensive and quoted me $300 baht. I have been staying in Chiang Mai for a bit and found this price insane. I can take a cab from the airport into town for less... More

We checked into the 'Noble Place' for luckily only one night (last night). I knew it wouldn't be amazing, but after reading some internet reviews i expected more than i got. For airport location it is fairly good, and the free airport shuttle is convenient...however it is down a dingy side street and VERY hard to find. When we checked... More
