Noise. Not the airport variety noise, which is a given from the distance the airport is from the city, but constant early morning construction noise. Plus cleaning staff slamming doors in the hallway and no blackout curtains make for an early wakeup..... A problem if not a early bird, which we are not! Not worth 3000 baht a night

We stayed for 2 nights and personally I really loved the style of the hotel. It has a unique character that is different than most of the places I have stayed. I really liked the little ponds with wish and flowers and the pool has a cozy feel. Of course when you have ponds you are going to have more... More

This place was a fairy garden at night - just beautiful!! Found the staff helpful and friendly and the room gorgeous. Loved the bathroom!! I would not stay here again tho - did not enjoy staying on Nimman Road, traffic was crazy and the place too suburbia. Much prefer Night Bazaar area. And ofcourse the planes!!! Nice place tho :)

This tiny hotel is located on Nimmanhaemin Rd, an area with lots of nice cafe, restaurants, bank and shops. So the location is super convenient. It is 15-20 mins drive from airport - but ard 45mins when there is traffic jam. No airport pickup and dropoff service provided. It has a beautiful garden and a small pool. My room is... More

It's a small hotel with beautiful garden & pool. The hotel's location is good. Staying there, you have an easy access to good restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores, banks & so on. We got a pool access room but the room had an unpleasant smell. The services of staff there were so so. However, staff at breakfast station ignored our... More

Hi, this is a good place to stay if you are in the Nimmanhaemin area. Comfortable hotel, albeit a little rundown and some oddities e.g. they don't provide toothbrushes or soap but do have the other standard amenities of a 3-4 star property. I love the entrance to the hotel, it is peaceful and welcoming and the staff were helpful... More

Pros. Our executive room was lovely, very large on the ground floor with direct pool access. Good size bed & clean modern bathroom.. Nice touch was the 4 person spa bath which had nice views out. Staff are as you would expect very friendly & attentive. Location was perfect, just off the center of the strip.. Easy access to everything.... More

The photos and reviews belie this place. There was no double bed available (only singles) despite many empty rooms. We stayed in 112. Our room floor, walls and bathroom were dirty and not cleaned despite two requests. There was never any hot water (lukewarm) during our stay. Planes fly overhead. Food was ok. Unreliable, slow wi fi. Bathroom had quartz... More

We love planes. Unless they fly right over ourr heads in the top floor of this hotel from 6 am to after midnight. That is: So loud you will wake up. Additionally, when we visited, the hotel was surrounded by two huge construction sites, one at each end of the "resort" working also on Sundays. Hammering, sawing you name it.... More

What we loved: great location. Nimman Road is a very funky part of town with great shopping and a heap of great restaurants and bars. A short ride into town is about 20bht and the taxis are extremely frequent from the end of the street. Breakfast was great, more on offer than other places we had stayed in Thailand. Staff... More
