Great central location, near main attractions and good food. The staff is very helpful. The laundry downstairs is incredibly efficient. Prices are very low, and I didn't have any wifi problems. One warning: there doesn't appear to be an elevator if you're concerned about that, but if you have no problems walking and carrying your bags up, it's perfect.

If you are looking for a good hotel with a great location, clean and nice rooms against a decent rate, look no further. Good job mini cost and staff! As for the bad wifi I do not care. There are some computers at the reception if necessary.

This place is cheap, clean, comfortable, and in the best location. Great bed, clean bathroom with hot water. What more could you want?! Situated in the heart of Old City it is within walking distance to some amazing Wats. The famous Sunday night market is on the main road...30 seconds walk. The young woman at the front desk (I apologise,... More

This was our little welcoming to Thailand. Big shout out to Yosita! She is awesome! Very good service and stage. Our room was cleaned daily and water replenished. Wonderfully located right off the Sunday night market and close to Tha Phae Gate, but on a quiet street so you sleep soundly. Everything in Old City is practically within walking distance.... More

For about 23 dollars a night, we got a great place. Very safe and very clean. Modern rooms. Towels and room cleaned every day and water replaced. The hot water worked well and the AC did as well. The location was great and very central. You can walk from there to anywhere in the old city center of chiang mai.... More

Smack bang in the centre of Chang Mai, perfect for all the local sites. On a quiet street (Soi) with a tasty little cafe opposite and a good launderette. We paid 1100 baht a night for a room for three. Room was clean, fresh sheets and towels every day with a good shower.

No complaints about this joint. Well located for the tourist it has a lovely little eatery across the way called 'Cooking Love", cheap and good food. Rooms are large and airy and the staff are helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for two nights and we had nothing to complain about. Allthough we arrived way too early check-in went fast and we were able to use the room right away. The room was very spacious and furnished in a modern-asian way using soft tones of beige and brown. It was absolutely clean. The bed had a very comfortable... More

My friend and I recently stayed here. We could not have had a better experience. The staff is wonderful and friendly, especially Yosita! She helped us with everything from directions, booking tours, and helping us with a couple phone calls. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything in town. The rooms are clean and big. They have a great... More

I liked staying at this place. It was brand new, about 7 years ago, and definitely high end. Beautiful rooms, air con, programable safe for your valuables, night watchman, nice staff. the owners, Laurie and Orapin. Laurie is a retired policeman from Australia, and his Thai wife is Orapin. One of their daughters, Nui, was working there back then. The... More
