A great place to stay, family run hotel. All friendly and helpful. Standard room comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a good choice of western and local food. Wanted a cushion made from some local fabric, mother of the family knocked on up for us, Very hand postilion in the old town.

Pros: Excellent location, Free Bikes, Delicious Breakfast Cons: Internet in suite sometimes slow (though nice to have a desktop), Firm Bed and Couch I cannot say enough about how well cared for we were during our stay over Loy Krathong. First, the location is excellent - still within the old town walls but set away from the main tourist streets.... More

Stayed at this guest house at the beginning and at the end of our stay in Thailand. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough for us. We slept well and the beds were comfortable. We had no problems with noise but we were at the back. THe curtains were quite thin and this contributed to some early... More

We have stayed here before and as was the case before, the entire staff is great, friendly and helpful. The location is extremely convenient while being slightly outside the very center of the old town but is still within it. However there is a problem. The noise from the road outside is deafening. The hotel is an old style wood... More

We stayed at Pak Chiang Mai during the Loi Krathong Festival. This beautiful, comfortable, B&B provided a wonderful, quiet, oasis during this very active and noisy festival. The breakfasts were wonderful, the rooms clean, the afternoon tea refreshing, the garden and swings relaxing and above all, the family owners were friendly and very helpful in every way. We recommend this... More

We chose Pak Chiang Mai due to the good reviews and the location in the old city as we were in Chiang Mai during Loi Krathong. It was a great choice, the best BnB during our Thailand/Cambodia trip! The location is perfect, it is just a short walk to the Wat Chedi Luang and Sat and Sun Market, Tha Phae... More

Just stayed at Pak for 10 days and found that the reviews on TA were all accurate. What a lovely place, run by the wonderful Noon and her lovely family. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and Pak is situated within walking distance to everything with beautiful gardens and a lovely fish pond and waterfall. The little dog, Thor... More

We chose Pak because of previous positive reviews on Tripadvisor. From collecting us at the airport after several flights till we were seen of nothing was to much or an effort. With a family run business, the father an engineer, son an architect and mother an accountant Pak is not just a must see but has to be experienced. From... More

Such a hidden gem of a hotel. Unique with a fabulous inner courtyard/garden where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. They can help you arrange tours or a private driver. Loaner bikes are available if you wish to take a spin around the city. Or you can just walk (about 10 minutes) to the center of the... More
