I really enjoyed my four nights staying here in a standard room. While the room itself is basic, it is comfortable. The breakfasts were something to look forward to - 6 options all made fresh, including fresh fruit with muesli and yoghurt, thai style omelette, and a crepe with banana and strawberry. Each breakfast comes with a bit of fresh... More

My friend and I stayed here for three nights in a room with two twin beds. It was quiet and comfortable, as well as close to a lot to see and do within the old city. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included, and you can even use their bicycles for free to explore the city. You can see from the pictures... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. It's a small operation, which means you get a really welcoming feeling about the place. There was only a standard room available when we booked and it didn't get much sunlight, which was actually a good thing as the room stayed lovely and cool. The breakfasts were... More

First impressions count and this guest house failed miserably by not picking us up at the airport, despite prearranging this service. We booked their premier suite and were shown into a hot, airless room with an old computer on an " antique table" next to an antiquated CD player, which contained a CD of Tom Jones' greatest hits. The old... More

This was one of my favorite places we stayed on our trip to Thailand. Everyone is so friendly and the breakfast is amazing!! They are always helpful in suggesting restaurants or things to do. Also we almost missed our flight and they were nice enough to drive us to the airport so we wouldnt have to wait for a taxi,... More

We enjoyed our two day stay at this guesthouse. We were met at the airport like we were family and that continued for the two days we were there. Kop had his aunt helping him and between them they made us feel very welcome, as did the staff. We had the cheapest rooms but clean and adequate for our needs.... More

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Only 8-10 rooms so very quiet. Friendly staff and great food in the morning. Not worth getting the deluxe room in my opinion, as it only offers a small sitting area and the common areas are seldom used. Location was perfect for exploring the city.

Our experience at Pak Chiang Mai exceeded expectations due to its hospitality, charm and homey atmosphere. This quaint and tastefully designed guesthouse is located on a quiet street near the Chiang Mai Gate. Steps away, you will find a farmers market (AM), night market (PM), Baan Phor Liang Muen (terra cotta arts garden/cafe), restaurants and numerous shops. The location is... More

We absolutely loved this small hotel. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor and had no issue with noise. The breakfasts were great, and the staff was excellent in helping us with recommendations and activities. Definitely book a massage with them too! We did it twice- best massages on our SE Asia trip! Hope to return someday!

Our room was clean and comfortable and our hosts went out of their way to help us and ensure that we had a relaxing stay. We enjoyed an amazing traditional Thai massage from the masseuse who came out to the hotel and set up in the beautiful garden / courtyard. Breakfast was delicious, especially the traditional Thai sweets that were... More
