We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of our honeymoon. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and tourist offices in the surrounding area. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a private balcony area with a day bed and direct access to the main pool. Breakfast was a combination... More

To repeat what other reviewers have said, the staff are truly lovely. The bar, which is like a little hidden gem, is a fab retreat from the busy street but at the same time includes you in the vibe. Cocktails here were lovely. The hotel is in a great location, and it was nice to have the pool to chill... More

This nice hotel is easily accessible from Chiang Mai Airport after some 20 minutes drive. We spent 4 days in a poolside room with private balcony, day bed and direct access to the swimming pool. Our spacious room had ceiling-to-floor windows on both side and was furnished in local style. The breakfast buffet is not overloaded but very well selected... More

It's really biutiful small hotel in the center of city. It's a little expensive but every thing is perfect there in high quality. Recommended if you are willing to spend more. Location is perfect and staff are helpful

We had a very enjoyable few days at the U Chiang Mai over the new year. The location of the hotel is great - in the middle of the old part of town - there are lotsa temples all within walking distances, and a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from too. The staff were very friendly and always... More

Stayed here over new year, central position, lovely rooms and shaded pool area to escape the heat. Pool is a bit nippy but to be fair, every hotel pool I've stayed in in East Asia is not heated. All day breakfast is a bonus and is a great menu. Would stay here again.

We stayed here with our two near grown children who had a room next door and everyone enjoyed their stay immensely. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable and good value. The breakfasts were included in our room price and they were wonderful. The hotel is nice and quiet for being located nicely right in the middle of town and... More

Wow wow wow - what a wonderful hotel. If you are the kind of person who prefers a place with more soul unlike the typical chain hotel - then this place is jackpot. Such a lovely hotel!!! The staff were fantastic and so welcoming. The hotel sits smack in the middle of the city with easy access to exploring the... More

When our taxi dropped us out in front of the hotel I couldn’t really recognize a hotel. But after stepping over into the entrance a beautiful lobby was just there. Stuff was more then friendly and you could select your own soap. The hotel is perfect located to discover Chiang Mai by foot. It is in the old part of... More
