For its excellent location, in the middle of the Old City, that we could access easily throughout the Old City and to different attractions on foot. Especially, the hotel is in the middle of the main street when the Sunday market is open, we could back to a quiet place taking rest immediately after a busy shopping on the street.... More

Good rooms especially if you get a poolside one. The staff were lovely, breakfasts really nice and the spa/massage was fabulous especially if you take the special offer for 1/2 price. Although there are cheaper massages everywhere , the room was lovely and much nicer. Try the Pad Thai in the restaurant for dinner. Food was excellent. Could not believe... More

We spent four nights at the U Chiang Mai. The rooms were beautiful, very tastefully decorated and the beds very comfortable. The hotel lobby is 'open air' and very elegant with a huge hanging potted orchid greeting you as you enter. I was most impressed with the caliber of employees, all very kind, soft spoken, beautifully 'uniformed', and very interested... More

Staying here in U Chaing Mai at the moment for ten days as a couple and could not of asked for a nicer hotel. Clean, charming and comfortable rooms which make you feel at home and not wanting to leave and the staff are amazing, they can't do enough for you. Breakfast is served up until 10 at night which... Stayed during April 2014 in Superior Room. An excellent hotel with clean comfortable room and neat bathroom. The room charge was inclusive of breakfast and they provided a good sumptuous breakfast. Choose a room on the third floor away from the staircase well for peace and quiet as the swimming pool down can at times be noisy. Though you have... More

Having only one night in Chiang Mai we booked in at this centrally located hotel in the old town, situated opposite one of those temple areas to see. Reception, lounge, reading room and spa (I believe) are in an old beautiful teak house around which modern accommodation has been built. We had a beautifully decorated room with a terrasse overlooking... More

We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay but we're not blown away by the accommodation or service. The rooms are comfortable but a little tired. The main lobby area seating looks long overdue a renovation. The pool is tiny so only useful as a plunge pool and the gym is of limited use. The location of the hotel is... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We picked it because of the great location (inside the old city) and the level of amenities (gym, spa, lounge, etc.) The room was spacious and clean. We loved that they provide breakfast all day and they allowed out to checkout late. On top of that, we forgot some clothes in the... More
