We booked 2 triple rooms with extra beds in each room (there was 8 of us in total), this was not ready for us when we checked in and took a bit to have them sort it out for us. The rooms were clean, however after the beds had been changed/made on the second day, we found a dead gecko... More

We moved from Koh Samui to Chiang Mai on a whim, and had to find a place quickly without knowing anything about Chiang Mai or where to stay for that matter. We decided on this place and booked online not knowing what we would really be getting when we showed up. Overall we enjoyed our stay and contemplated staying long... More

This hotel is good value for money. it is clean and the staff are really nice. However there are a few things. the outside window opens on to their courtyard and the window only has sheer curtains. at night the lights are on so you need to wear your eye shades unless you like sleeping in the light. The breakfast... More

Quiet location. 5 mins walk to nearest red light district, bars and massages. 15-20mins walk to the old city. Internet is bad during peak hours (morning and night), the connection is good around the noon (when there're least people in). Furniture is wood and old, some started to rot. Beds and pillow cases have few dirt blotches. Towels are changed... More

The location is ok, if you want to be close to the night bazar and other markets. However plese note that the old downtown is a bit far, it is like 15-20 min walk, or you can take the local red taxis around 20thb The room is ok, cleaned every day. Breakfast is simple, there are always 2 selections, having... More

We stayed 3 nights in January and we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money the hotel offers in this good located hotel. The breakfast area must have had the refurbishment mentioned in previous review before we arrived because for us it was more then fine. Pro's: - spacious and clean rooms - helpful staff - location Con's -... More

Location of hotel is perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to night market. Rooms are very big but furniture is a little bit old. Breakfast was decent. Also, there is an computer with lap-top in reception and free wi-fi.

Stayed in Tawan Court for 7 nights for a total cost of €110 between two of us. Great value for money. The room decor is not the most visually appealing we've ever stayed in! The carpet is badly stained, walls are marked, could do with a general sprucing up. However the bed was huge (two large single beds pushed together)... More

We have stayed in Tawan Court for 3 nights. The roomsize was very good and it was very very clean and nice. Even though we were 4 ppl, there still good space in the room. The price was so good comparing to other places we stayed around Thailand. The room cost us 1100 BHT per night. The hotel is very... More

This was my second stay at Tawan Court and I would highly recommend it. The rooms are clean, spacious and airy, overlooking a central courtyard. There is lift access to all floors. The hotels location is very close to the night market and river, but being set back from the road, is very quiet. I found the hotel staff to... More
