Nice and friendly guesthouse in a quiet area of Chiang Mai and very close to te centre and the nightmarket. We were upgraded and had a really big room with airconditioning on the topfloor. The room is good and nicely decorated but the bathroom is a bit old and needs some renovation. Especially the shower because the cable is to... More

They upgraded us when we first arrived... At 8am the next day we discovered why: there was a huge building site outside pur window and a huge amount of noise. We asked to change rooms and they said we couldn't and it was outside of their control. The room was fine, I'm sure the location was fine. Nothing special. but... More

This was our third stay in 6 years and we were sad to see that it has become a bit run down and that the prices have increased. We booked their best deluxe room sight unseen for our last leg of a 3 week trip. The rooms are large and generally quiet, decorated with locally crafted furniture. The first clue... More

I've stayed at Thapae b.h for 3 nights and 4 days. 3 blocks away from thapae gate. 10min walk from the night bizaar. room services was great. Breakfast is good. There was construction going on in the back of the boutique house though. But most of the day time, i was out so it really didn't affect my stay. I... More

We got our room upgraded to 3rd floor but unfortunately the bed was kinda noisy!! squeeking noise whenever we move on the bed... :-p Room is clean but quite cramp... More

Spent our extra night in Chiang Mai here before heading north. For 1000bht it isn't bad, we got put in the side annex instead of the main hotel which is right next to the building site. The building work starts at around 7am, not too bad for us as we had an early start. We asked if we could be... More

we stayed here for a week at the beginning of November and the rooms and breakfast was all good. I think for the price the hotel is one of the best as the location is excellent. Unfortunately there is a new building site next door and when we returned for one night two days ago we were in room B10... More

They only serve complimentary breakfast everyday. The toilet in my deluxe room was not functioning well and no hot water supply all the time! All my members were complaining the same thing that no hot water and the bad was so hard! When my tour members approached the receptionist at the counter, she was very unfriendly and showed us even... More
