The staff are super friendly and really do care if you have a good time in Chiang Mai or not. Lovely staff!! Breakfast consists of: Tea/Coffee, toast, fruit, cornflakes. Add on an egg is 30baht. 7am to 10am. Poor wifi in rooms. Clean beds, fresh towels, tv, fridge, nice location and lovely pool area. It is a 10 min walk... More

Great place - big, clean rooms with balcony on the swimming pool. Friendly staff (they help you with everything) and good location - close to the night bazaar. The iron bridge is in front of the guesthouse. Good value for money.

Stayed in March for 5 night. Excellent value. It is located at the Iron bridge - 5 minutes walk from the night market. It is primarily a B&B as there are no evening meals. However, there are plenty of restaurants around and a local supermarket. The front office operates as a reception and one can also book tours, flights and... More

~Friendly, easygoing staff. ~Front desk closes at 6 but there is a friendly night watchman to the side driveway to let you in. ~Pool was a little cold but only in contrast to the weather, so it was really refreshing after a long day in the heat. ~Fast Wifi ~Simple Breakfast, small extra for eggs. ~Close to the Iron bridge,... I am so glad I stayed at Riverside house. The rooms are nice and clean, location is perfect if you want to be close to the action but don't want to be in the noise of it, and the staff is so very nice and helpful. It was easy to arrange sightseeing and adventure tours, and they even arranged a... More

The rooms were better then what we expected for this price. They were big, nicely and practically decorated with a nice terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff, there are a lot of options to book a tour. It's just a bit out of the city centre, so either walk 15 min or grab a tuktuk. Would defenitely stay there if... More

When we first arrived to Riverside House we were a little worried because they had double booked our room. They were very helpful in booking us into another place close by and transferring us asap, they paid the difference as it was a more expensive hotel. When we returned to RH we were given two interconnecting rooms which were brand... More

I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped my brother and I arrange some tours that we were interested in and also recommended some other local attractions that we checked out.

A little goes a long way... These guys smile, are friendly, clean and it's just a place that I enjoy being at. It's a warm environment. Breakfasts are simple but nice... They make a good effort with coffee, toast, nicely set tables, music playing and pleasant staff. All of their tour ideas have been useful and suitable for my family.... More

This hotel is run very efficiently and has clean, comfortable rooms and a very helpful staff. Walking distance to the city and night market makes it very convenient and you can always take a short tuk-tuk ride if needed. We stayed there four nights and would stay there again for sure.
