We stayed several days in this very nice and cozy bed and breakfast during our journey in chiang mai. We really loved the location of it, in what we found the most beautiful neighbourhood of the old city. We stayed in the honeymoon and also superior room and both were very good. The staff-members were very nice and helpful. The... More

We stayed in the Junior Pantry Suite of Charcoa B&B. Its located in the old city with a quite green compound. Its walking distance to most of the Historical tourist attraction. Breakfast we had was good compared to other hotels we stayed in Thailand. Though we enjoyed our stay in this room with our daughter (14 Yrs old) but a... More

A beautiful hotel with the charm of a Tuscan villa. Staff always on hand to assist with any query. Free bicycles well-maintained and an excellent way to see the town. Breakfast cooked to order, always great eggs- done your way and array of fruits, toast and amazingly delicious fried rice. Rooms very small, just enough room for bed and chair... More

We spent three nights at Charcoa House and definitely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for touring all of the Wats and other sights around the city. The daily breakfast was one of our favorite hotel breakfasts in all of Thailand. Our room was in the courtyard in the 1st floor, which was likely the noisiest spot in the... More

Stayed in this accommodation for my trip. It locates in a narrow street away from the city centre. But, not so far from city centre by using tuk tuk. There're lots of cafes or little pubs in this area. And next to this B&B,there's a small shops you can buy drinks and snacks. The room is medium size but with... More

The staff were excellent and extremely accomodating. The gentleman that brought our luggage up was incredibly friendly and everybody was very welcoming. We spent a total of 3 nights at the charcoa house. The hotel grounds were clean and we'll kept. The restaurant was nice and cozy with decent food. The buffet was a little weak but considering it was... More

We stayed here a couple of nights in November. Very convenient to the city center if that's your thing. Fairly quiet. We did have the room with the upstairs bedroom which has a lot of character. AC was apparently programmed to not stay on for a very long time as we had to keep manually turning it back on. Staff... More

A little bit difficult to find. But it's getting better once you figure out the map. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is fine. But the tap in toilet only has cold water. Sometimes it's quite cool in the morning. Overall, it's good by the cost.

By far one of my favorite hotels in all of Thailand. The service was amazing, the little Charcoa House restaurant attached to the hotel had some of the best food we ate in the area. the location is central to plenty of shopping locations. However you will need to take a taxi cab to check out the popular night market.... More

- Cold, unfriendly staff that don't speak English. (The guy in the breakfast room didn't understand the word 'bacon'. I had to take ham with my eggs.... The worst welcome we ever had in Thailand. We even had to give a deposit in case we lost the card.........! - Not exactly the cleanest room. Especially the pillows on the sofa... More
