Stayed for three days and thought cozy was nice enough. It was small but you want to stay in boutique-y places when you are in Chiang Mai. The breakfast worked fine and the coffee/bakery shop was delicious. I thought this place was especially good provided the location... Great central-ish hotel to get around town.

3 problems, the room had a sewer ordor that would come and go, stongest at night. The room was cramped with too much furniture and the bed was very hard, though we got used to it by the 5th night. And the breakfast was below average, eggs were undercooked consistently no manner the style. A minor annoyance was a desk... More

This was a fine place to stay just inside the old city limits. Staff were helpful and spoke English well. Room was clean and kept cool with the AC. Bathroom was small and one of those that just has a shower head attached to the wall, which I hadn't experienced before, but everything worked fine (for those who care, the... More

I really enjoyed staying at the charcoa hotel. I liked it so much I will be coming back when I return from Pai. Location is perfect, close to lots of good restaurants and massage places. My room was on the ground floor and even though it was right outside the reception/courtyard area, I didn't hear a sound from outside and... More

If you are looking for a calm and a really clean little hotel, this is the place!! They also have a rack of DVDs for you to rent, which is quite nice if you are waiting for the night or just want to chill in the hotel

From the outside this place is great, the location is close to great restaurants and shops but a few days in, I realized something was biting me in my bed. I chose the honeymoon suite because the reviews. It was nice and spacious, and unlike some guest complaints, I had a separate shower so my bathroom stayed dry ;-). The... More

Our party of four stayed here for 4D/3N in a twin-share room. Location is great - within walking distance to shops, night markets, temples within the Old Town area. Tuk tuks, song khaew (jeepney-looking things), cafes and massage places are aplenty nearby, and cheap. Rooms were reasonably sized and clean. Basic amenities such as hot shower, minibar, kettle jug, tv... More

We stayed several days in this very nice and cozy bed and breakfast during our journey in chiang mai. We really loved the location of it, in what we found the most beautiful neighbourhood of the old city. We stayed in the honeymoon and also superior room and both were very good. The staff-members were very nice and helpful. The... More

We stayed in the Junior Pantry Suite of Charcoa B&B. Its located in the old city with a quite green compound. Its walking distance to most of the Historical tourist attraction. Breakfast we had was good compared to other hotels we stayed in Thailand. Though we enjoyed our stay in this room with our daughter (14 Yrs old) but a... More
