Pros: Pool, lobby, and other public facilities are great. Koi pond in the lobby. Wifi works great. Lots of parking if you have a car or motorcycle. Cons: If 2 people stay in a room, they still only issue ONE key. excellent and convenient location. in the Old City, close to shopping, massages, food carts, bars & restaurants. Rooms are... More

I came here two days ago on my 3 day stay. They upgraded my standard room to a deluxe room for free. It's low season with very few tourists. The air-con didn't work. Only warm air came out from it. So I liked to change room. And I hade to argue with the reception for more than half an hour... More

1. It took more than half an hour to check out. 2. It took more than half an hour for receptionist to understand the deposit should be refunded to my local staff & I would settle the entire bill with credit card. 3. Request for twin-sharing room was not met upon check-in. It took another hour to change to a... More

The reviews for the Eurana were definitely mixed. However, there seemed to be a consensus that if you stayed away from the Superior room and went with the Deluxe pool view room all would be comfy, cozy. WRONG!! I cannot even imagine what kind of hell hole the Superior must have been because the Deluxe accommodation was disgusting. The room... More

Checked in on the 8 April to 11 April. Superior Room with king size bed. My honest comments during my encountered. For me, almost all the pictures were over exaggerated. 1. No one help me with my luggage. 2. A lady receptionist only at that time when I checked in; was busy entertained other guests. 7 minutes waited to be... More

My wife and I stayed at Eurana for a week and absolutely loved the care and attention from the staff, the room was clean and tidy, water pressure a little challenging, but that's Chiang Mai. The staff including Mr Berm - the guide and concierge was absolutely brilliant and went out of his way to ensure we had a great... More

This hotel is billed as a boutique hotel but is more like a cheap motel. The location is great and it is priced very inexpensive. The bed is quite firm, Chinese style. The rooms are not well kept. Don't bother with the free breakfast, better off paying a few Baht at the street venders close by.

Excellent location in the old city. Junior suite rather dark, and in need of a good clean and renovation. Attitude of some staff somewhere between arrogant and indifferent, particularly on reception. Needed some persuasion to call bike rental firm, unhelpful on where to change currency. Breakfast not inspiring, sometimes dishes at self-service station empty. Difficult to find ashtray in smoking... More

We had initially booked a superior twin room. When we arrived, we were shown to our room and were greeted by a massive swarm of mosquitos. Basically, we were eaten alive all night, even after I'd killed off about 20 of them. Not pleasant. Our original room was in the hotel's old building, and needed renovation. The beds were comfortable... More
