We had initially booked a superior twin room. When we arrived, we were shown to our room and were greeted by a massive swarm of mosquitos. Basically, we were eaten alive all night, even after I'd killed off about 20 of them. Not pleasant. Our original room was in the hotel's old building, and needed renovation. The beds were comfortable... More

Great hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city of Chiang Mai. We stayed as a group of travellers so it was luxury for us. Very comfy beds and the pool was great. Touching distance of everything in the city but far enough out the way that the room was peaceful

This was an adequate place to spend our time in Chiang Mai. Fairly centrally located and accessible. The staff was luke warm in their interest of our comfort and stay. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom tile was covered in mold. Would probably look for another place if we returned to Chiang Mai.

My wife and i killed over 30 mosquitos this evening. The bed is bouncy.. the ac is either freezing or not and i have tripped over the 20 cm barrier on the way to the bathroom to many times to count. They call this the "superior room". There is nothing superior about it.. its a horrible boxy, dingy room. I... More

Good location in old city Chiang Mai. Were upgraded the first night when they found out it was our honeymoon. Able to store luggage when doing overnight hill tribe trek. Easily walkable to Sunday night walking street. Pool was great after long hot days! Pretty good selection of buffet breakfast.

I am a tour guide and world traveler and this is my first negative review. I tried to look for the good part of staying at the Eurana Boutique Hotel, but am at a loss. I booked six rooms in the new section and asked Expedia to call and confirmed that I'd be in the new section, before paying for... More

This hotels entrance and reception area looks very nice and presentable...However, my room was not good, no real window... The swimming pool was nice, the breakfast average... The attitude and service from the staff was really variable, so not first class. The atmosphere often felt awkward d. If I stayed at this hotel in the future, the room rate would... More

First of all, if you are attracted to the old town in Chiang Mai, you gotta choose a hotel that is just located there. And Eurana Boutique Hotel is just the one in such a great location. We spent 150 Baht from the airport by taxi, and that should be an acceptable price in Chiang Mai. Eurana Boutique Hotel is an... I liked the location, it was inside the old part of Chiang Mai a reasonably modern hotel with a swimming pool and decent sized rooms, always cleaned, friendly staff. Step out the front or back entrance and you are in the midst of street life Thailand with laneways ,narrow streets, markets, shops, cafe's, massage parlours, busy pedestrian and vehicle traffic.... Location: The hotel is located conveniently in the Old City within a bustling environment. There are multiple street food stalls, small restaurants and bars in the surrounding area and has a local market in the adjacent street. You can also reach the Saturday and Sunday night markets by walk (around 15-20 mins). Service & facilities : Staff were friendly and... More
