It was a pretty okay hotel, has everything you need - minibar, soft beds and linens, TV, washroom. Something you'd expect from a budget hotel. We stayed for two nights, nothing worth noting happened then. However, CR had an unpleasant smell, I think due to the lack of exhaust inside. Location was bad, yes, it was in the Pratunam area,... Staff so friendly, tour agent at the lobby hotel give us special price for dinner cruiae with white orchid. It's only about 1000 Baht including two-way pick up services. Room? Nothing special, but clean. If you're looking for shopping trip, I recommended this hotel for you. You can walk only for 3 mins in early morning (4am) and you will... More

It was such a nightmare dealing with the hotel staff. Front desk vocabulary is limited to "Cannot". I shall not go into the details how they messed up our booking of 6 rooms. All I can say is it's the worse front desk I have ever dealt with. Their concierge was a different story though. Very helpful. That's the best... More

We stayed for 3 nights. Wish I only stayed for 1!!!! We booked a deluxe triple room from Agoda. The photographs showed an value for money hotel clean and updated. Unfortunately the only updated area in the hotel was the lobby. The room was quite spacious. It seamed to be clean but once I moved the bed to join with... More

My room's A/C broke down in the middle of the night (3am), I requested if I could shift to another room but as my stuff was scattered all around I suggested if it was possible for me to move it in the morning. They declined my appeal straight as if they were doing me a favour by allotting another room... More

The hotel was decently Quiet and clean in the outer layer. I am not feeling good the moment I step into the room, there isnt any wardrobe for u to put ur clothing. Google about this hotel for "top 10 haunted asia hotel" I think you may see the name. If you believe on supernature issue, than I wont advise... More

We booked 3nights at the Baiyoke Boutique Hotel with my family and friends. It's a very basic hotel without much facilities. The main advantage of this hotel is the location. The malls, market and airport link (train station) is about 5-10mins walk. Rooms are clean and small. Sound proofing can be improved as we can hear noise from the corridor.... More
