The hotel had a very comfortable location ...easy accessibility from all points of interest in the city...and that was the best part. Besides the rooms were spacious and clean....the buffet menu was good.... the hotel staff was very helpful...they arranged for our pick up from the suvarnabhoomi airport....they also have a travel desk which arranges for the local sightseeing...... overall... My boyfriend and I ended up at this hotel after other accommodations with friends fell through. The price of this hotel was really expensive for Bangkok. Stayed here twice so far but I get a little bored with the staff whose english could be a little bit better and seem to ignore me 99% of the time unless I beckon for a drink or food.
