The rooms were huge with all the things you need. Nice clean toilet and shower and even had a bath. Staff were not really helpful and on the second morning we opted for two minute noodles rather than navigate breakfast there. Location was not great but was close to a train station. The rooms had an odd window looking into... More

Hard to find from last stop on skytrain, on end of the long street from the main street, close to train tracks. Stayed one night prior to going to Pattaya, staff when I arrived were pleasant, greeted with cold towel and drink, helped to my room. Room very basic, bed, showerm tv with 12 channels and refrig. The evening/night clerk... More

we stayed 4 nights here before we fly out. the room was very small, we have a window but won't open. There were no coffee/tea making facilities, which was a big disappointment. The queen size bed is covered with a green and white piece of cloth and under that was a holy brown blanket HAHA. The mattress is probably very... More

I've been here 15 mins & already dislike this hotel. Thankfully I'm moving to J2S 2 doors down in the morning. I stayed at J2S my 1st night in Bangkok and is preferable to this hotel. 1. No wifi, except in the lobby. That really sucks, I want to be in my room with wifi. 2. No complimentary breakfast. J2S... More

After a morning flight, all you can ask for is a good customer service from the hotel staff. If that is what you want to expect forget about going to this hotel. Their customer service is really BAD. Upon entering the lobby, there was not even a basic greetings. Staffs were hidden behind their counter. I had a booking for... More

Good for its rate. Situated at Pratunam but reaching there is a problem. Staffs were very friendly, helpful & nice. Main concern is bathroom size, its too small. Good if you are planning for transit or overnight stay.

Best Bangkok House is very affordable however I would have rather paid more and stayed somewhere else. The staff at reception were great! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. It is situated in the Pratunam area which is great for shopping, as well as getting ripped off by taxis, tuktuks and everyone in between. Initially we were bumped up to... More
