We were accomodated there by Russian Tez Tour, it was a nightmare. Shower filthy with the tab fixed on the wall, no bidet, no water to wash after toilette so everytime younshould have shower. The sink was stuck, I represented the problem at the reception but nothing was done. In the restaurant for breakfast we found a massive beetle walking... More

Nice, good looking hotel. Big kind of a luxurious rooms. TV, freezer, safe. Stayed for one night. Nice restaurant, but poor choice of dishes. Hotel really close to city center and shoping areas, but far away from sightseeing places.

What I felt was lacking are the basic courtesies and services. The owner definitely set a tough mood yelling at all the staff and making things difficult for everyone to work.... More

No complain but nothing special too. there wasn't many people in the hotel when we were there. and I guess all of them were from Iran, including us. The hotel and rooms were clean. Location was very good. breakfast was just normal. The swimming pool was on the basement, which was clean but I didn't like it. I prefer an... More
