We spent four weeks in Thailand in October 2013, and this was by far the worst accommodation. The room was tiny (just enough space for the bed), the bathroom door was rotten, and the wall had marks all over it. On the first night, a mouse (or worse?) under the bed kept me awake. The travel agency in the reception... More

Erawan House was a fantastic place to stay for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and it was so close to khao san rd. I actually liked staying a little bit away from the main roads - much quieter and got the we experience to see the back streets.

Budget hotel but relatively comfortable with nice staff. We had a top floor room which was quite spacious. There was a strange bloody hand mark on the door however which was somewhat disconcerting. Bathroom was fine although shower would fall off the wall unless held with one hand when in use. Staff at hotel are very friendly.

I have stayed in this hotel twice, in 2009 and now in 2014. The hotel seemed much shabbier this time, or maybe we just got one of the poorer rooms. Especially the bathroom was in bad shape. The shower was located right next to the bathroom door and the door was half rotten. Also some bathroom tiling had fallen off.... More

The staff here were very friendly. The location is great for an easy walk to Khaosan. Lots of activity around which is nice in the evening. The rooms are quite small, but the shower is hot so that's all you need. We found this to be a great location. However, if you're staying on teh same floor as the laundry... More

The hotel is a bit away from the noisy streets Khao San, so you can sleep good. Take a tuk-tuk and never pay more than 100 bath to the main attractions. (taxi to tha airport no more than 300bath) The room was very spacious with air conditioning. We found some small ants around the room door. Front of the hotel... More

The location is awsome, next to Khaosan Road, the own street has commerce, good restaurants, and lots of things going on outside. It's just a little hard to find where the hostel is, because you can only see the outdoor sign, if you go in it's there. The reception guy speaks engligh very well, helps you in everything. I had... good location and nice staff. it's in the middle of all the tourist action without being noisy, since it's sort of tucked away. good value for the money even though its simple. they have lockers in the lobby.

The guesthouse is located on a quiet alley near Khao San Road. Small basic rooms, A/C, and lots of hot water! There is a money exchange right at the hotel entrance. Free wifi, which worked on and off. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Thank You Erawan House!!
