Just visited Bangkok on early January...As what I mentioned in the title, the customer service was so-so... The location is superb, just one block away from so-called Backpacker capital of Thanon Khao San... The room quite huge enough for 2 persons. The cleanliness is superb... They even provide complementary waters for the hotel guests. But there's something that make me... More

One block away is the famous Khaosan Rd.Their is plenty of shopping, resturents and even a good dentist at the end of the street. Get a cab at the big hotel next door and be sure to ask if they use the meter,if not walk away or you will get ripped off. Its less expensive than a tuk tuk and with... More

I stayed here the other nigt, looking for a khao San rd experience. I expected it to be noisy- it was, but not too bad for a Tuesday night. The location is superb, even for an old 30-something like myself. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, but I've seen worse. The room was spic and span! I was... More

We stayed here in May 2010 for a few nights. A nice large hotel with comfortable rooms and two nice roof top swimming pools. Close to Th Khao San road so in good location. Tip: Eat at Chart Restaurant - we had the best Thai food there apart from some good street food too. More

Espresso and capachino downstairs were very good. The people were very helpfull! I was having a very hard time on the phone trying to get a refund... More

Just off Khoa San Road, still busy but not as noisy as the other roads. The family room was able to sleep 3 but we needed it for four. Probably get two rooms next time, it would have been almost the same price. Lots of places to eat and great massages. Your room had nice clean towels and crisp sheets.... More

Large room, tiny bathroom. Good, working clean AC. No free WiFi. No shower curtain. _Very_ hard matress. Safe only in reception. Quiet area of Rambuttri. Accept joiners for a small fee. The room we got had an intense smell of tobacco-smoke. I checked this hotel with tripadvisor before I booked. I still wonder how hotels like this get their rosy... More

Rambuttri House became our base as we came and went from Bangkok to other cities. Great location in KaoSan Rd area, very decent rooms. cheap wifi access, and good service. They have safety deposit boxes if you need it and they can store luggage for free if you have a reservation there or for very cheap if you don't want... More
