This hotel is nearly impossible to find. My friend arrived first and his taxi drove him around and up and down the street forever trying to find the place and the same thing happened to me. The location is so so..its very near to the Soi Cowboy which I found revolting and disturbing. The service was very good the room... More

Just off of Sukhumvit road, near the Asoke skytrain station makes it hard to pass up location wise. Great options for breakfast in the morning. We also had a relatively large room for a hotel. Water was warm but had low pressure. All and all it was a great stay.

Pros: fridge in room, air con, free wifi, complimentary water in your room & not any roaches/mozzies in sight. Friendly staff. Breakfast included, which was ok. Cons: The bed was slightly hard, could feel the mattress springs, although this was only slight. & pillows lumpy! Although there was aircon this didn't work fully; I couldn't seem to get it to... So when the taxi started down the alley where the "Shag Bar 2" was, I got a bit nervous that maybe i had picked the wrong place to stay while in Bangkok...but my fears were quickly allayed. The hotel is clean, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and apart from the occasional overhead train I could hear (but rarely... More

I love old school hotels. It bring you back in time and you get reminiscent of the good old days. But that being said, the hotel needs that whole package in terms of look and feel. It needs that old wooden furniture in its rooms, suitable carpet with earth colours or colours that are close to nature. A couple of... More

This is a nice hotel in a quiet location just off the main Sukhumvit road. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean, if a little dated. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend the restaurant because the food here is great. Overall this hotel offers excellent value for money.

I stayed here with my wife for four nights, left bags travelled out of BKK and came back for two more nights. Liked this hotel very much. Positive: - price - location near public transport (SkyTrain) and many places to eat / drink - quiet (on a side street) - clean (décor is dated and old but that never bothers... More

In a good position close to the Asoke/Sukhumvit BTS/MRT intersection this hotel is not big but the essentials are there. The 6th floor has the deluxe rooms which are the biggest for not much more money than the basic. They are a good size with TV, WiFi, shower curtain, tea/coffee making facilities etc. There is no swimming pool, fitness area etc.... More

We were in Bangkok for business but also had some free time. We chose The Queen Lotus Guesthouse as it was close to the sky train. When we got there we realised it is a fantastic location for bars, restaurants and shopping. The guesthouse its self is clean and the beds HUGE! However we did have a few visitors of... More
