We were really impressed with this small hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and were a little daunted at first by its seemingly backstreet location but our concerns were quickly dismissed as we received a very warm welcome, some ice tea and a refreshing towel. We were shown to our room quickly which was great-really spacious, quiet,... More

This review is long overdue, but the hotel made such an impression on me I told myself I had to get this review done. We stayed at Napa Place for the start of our holiday. It was important for us that the first night be somewhere nice, and in a quiet location as we were off to Khao Yai National... More

We stayed here for 6 nights. Excellent service and the staff went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Tok,MC and Nott were amazing. I had trouble with a booking error on an excursion and they didn't quit until they had accomplished the cancellation for me. The tuktuk driver Choo was such a help also. Upon arriving we... More

Its got charm, the rooms are big and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I can see why some families love it and rave about it. Complimentary mini bar which was nice. It has an obscure address that confuses Thai taxi drivers. As a first time visitor that was frustrating at times. The tuk tuk operates until 630 pm... More

What an excellent find in the big city of Bangkok! The staff was welcoming and friendly and very helpful, the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, and the included breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. Napa Place is only a few blocks from a Sky Train station making traveling all around Bangkok very easy. A shuttle to... More

We stayed at the Nappa Place for 3 days when we arrived in Bangkok, before going to the countryside and we slept there again the day before leaving Thailand. The place is very nice. When you arrive at the hotel, they have a blackboard with your name to welcome you and a nice ice tea. People are warm and helpful... More

Great hospitality; I emailed the host beforehand to let him know I was arriving in the middle of the night. He was waiting for me in the lobby with tea. Clean, quiet, and close to the skytrain. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that the sink and shower drains drained water very slowly. I would stay there again.

My family stayed here on their recent trip to Bangkok. One of our concerns while selecting a place to stay was trying to avoid the more popular hotel areas such as Nana or Asok due to the remaining Shutdown Bangkok protest camps (which at the time were still clogging the roads in those areas). Be that as it may, since... More

We enjoyed staying at Napa Place very much! Very big room, clean, more than abundant breakfast (rather a lunch, changing every day) and extremely friendly and helpful staff. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to the next sky train station. Also, we could go to a close modern gym for free (thanks to a collaboration betwen them and Napa Place):... More

We were greeted by very friendly staff when we touched down from a 10 hour flight. We had a suite which was large but the bed was a little too firm for me. The hotel is a 7 minute sweaty and dusty walk to the nearby sky train station but the hotel does have its own tuk tuk that will... More
