They worked hard to juggle their room allocations around to fit me in after my previously booked hotel lost my booking. The Baan Sukhumvit was a much better choice with a good location a 100m stroll from the Sukhumvit Road, and a short walk to the Asoke BTS station service friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Service with a smile. more

A very good hotel for the value. Excellent location, close to the sky train, yet still quiet. Had a good night sleep. Rooms are good, very clean and good kept. Service is great, Kevin is a nice and helpful host. Breakfast is OK. Would definitely go again. more

Kevin, the manager, truly is one of nicest gentlemen you could hope to meet. His staff and hotel are outstanding. They should charge double what they are getting. Every question was answered and I could not have asked for a better experience. more

Fantastic hotel -- stay 3/4 times per year on business & also if visiting as part of holiday in Thailand. If you want somewhere peaceful, no fuss, with polite staff this is the place to stay in Bangkok. It is relatively inexpensive but that is not echoed in the service and room that you receive.
