Stayed for 3 weeks for my Dad's treatment in September, 2014. Decently clean rooms but housekeeping is seriously understaffed. Only 2 housekeepers were available in the rush hours and they take on one floor at a time. As a result, the top floor was cleaned in the late afternoons and we had to request daily to complete servicing by noon.... More

Hotel average but beware of travel counter in the hotel, trap tourist. I was thinking that hotel travel counter should be safer than outside travel agent. We book a private car to floating market. The person incharge of travel counter told that need to pay Thai bath 2000 and no extra charge for the whole journey . The driver fetch... More

Stayed here as I was having treatment at Bumrungrad hospital. Following my treatment, the porter took me by wheelchair to my bed at the hotel. Really spacious room, very clean with everything you need. Reasonable price, delicious breakfast and kind, helpful staff. Has nice little gym and a small pool but I wasn't able to use them. My only complaint... More

We had to go to Bumrunggrad Hospital an choose this hotel because of other reviews and the proximity to the hospital. We were not disappointed, despite the mixed reviews, presented. I mean, how much do you expect, when rates are relatively low. We had a corner room next to the road on 5'th floor and occasionally it was noisy but... More

Air condition was not so cool, so we woke up, sweaty often in the night. We checked in at 13:00 and had to wait for the room to be ready at 14:00. We didn't mind waiting but during waiting time, we ordered Sigha which costed us 200++per bottle. Due to the fact that they sell it for 40baht in seven... More

First i had booked wigh agoda and the address is not really clear, the real address is on sukhumvit 1 and the address is 27 or else you will get caught on the traffic jam. But else than that the room is really clean nothing to say, the view on the balcony is the sky train, not nice but useful... More

The only thing good was the room size. Furniture and bathroom were old. Its a 10 minute walk to the sky train. Its close to most of the shopping areas. Dont reach the hotel before 2pm as the staff would make you wait. I had to talk to the manager of the hotel exactly at 2pm as the reception staff... More

Have come back again to this hotel. Three months back also stayed here because of the close proximity to Bumrungrad International hospital. Very convenient to those who comes for treatment and avoid hassles of traffic jams. The hotel is good but not all the rooms are recommended unfortunately. As it is in the centre of all high rising buildings, from... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is very central and a few feet away from Terminal 21 which is my favourite mall in Bangkok. The hotel is small but comfortable. We didn't get a room with a view which was a downer. But otherwise we had a nice stay there. And their breakfast was pretty decent... More
