Located near bumrungrad hospital. This hotel has everything. As it has a oven ,it was a very helpful to us. The hotel staff are really nice but i did had problem communicating with them in english . They should speak better english. The breakfast is not good. Nothing much i could eat. OW , the elevator got stuck twice, which is... More

Great location. Just 1 BTS station away from Central World & Siam Paragon. Rooms are spacious & clean, bed/chair/sofa are comfortable (6th floor - not sure about others). Price is OK. Overall stay is very good. Surely will visit again.

I'm not sure the hotel class rating is accurate, I definitely don't believe this is a four star hotel. The bed was awful and funny enough, I was put into a wheelchair accessible room. Now I wouldn't have minded this at all except that the shower was set so that it wouldn't get any hotter than lukewarm. I think the... More

Found this hotel on the list provided by Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok. I booked this hotel because of its location, but the quality of the stay was really poor. The room, bed, furniture, fittings, and bathroom are all quite dirty. There are little ants on most services. Will not return.

The ONLY reason I stayed here is because it is right next to Bumrungrad & I was travelling alone. The Best Western would have been a better choice. This is not a 4 star hotel, it is not a 3 star hotel!!! The beds are hard & on cheap metal frames that slide a round the room. The pictures make... More

Good location, good room, and good value. The hotel is right across from Bumrungrad Hospital, but it's also close to the Phloen Chit Skytrain station . . . two stops from Siam, the hub station. So, it's a convenient base, whatever your reason for coming to Bangkok may be. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of Mom&Pop shops, street vendors,... More

I chose the best room (Premier) hoping to get the best for my week long holiday. To my surprise, first impressions were already bad. Unfriendly front reception, run-down room, dirty kitchenette utensils, low water pressure & inconsistent hot water, small grainy-pictured old box tv instead of advertised LCD units, locked balcony, tiny pool, only some lights work, very limited dishes... This is a good hotel but best suited for those who are accompanying their patients for a massive hospital opposite... Anyways... The hotel has all that one wants. Good and large studio rooms. Good bathroom supplies. Good and gentle staff. A small coffee shop. No business centre though. Loved it there.

Good Points: 1. if you have come here for treatment, its just opposite the hospital & very very convenient. 2. Value for money. Room has all the required amenities but room size is bit small. 3. Good breakfast options. 4. 10 mins walk to nearest skytrain station where you have to cross a main road. So, convenient but not that... More
