if you are looking for a large self contained apartment this could be the place. The gym/pool area is a little in need of some upgrading especially the sun beds. The breakfast was vast with fresh fruit, cereal, eggs and for those wanting more choices of full breakfast and traditional Asian food. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

I stayed here for 2 nights. When I reached the hotel, I had a good 1st impression. After my stay, this is what I can say: Good: 1. Friendly front desk staff, always smiled whenever I approach them with an enquiry. 2. Huge rooms (1 bedroom) 3.good fitness room (compared to a lot of the hotels I've been to) 4.... More

About 7 years ago, we stayed it, it named Frasier at that time. It was a new and nice hotel. Of course, the price was higher. This time, we stayed back again. It changed into the other managers. The price of it is very reasonable during NY period. Hotel feamle staffes are very nice and helpful. But night shift male... More

No free wifi? Best days of this hotel are way behind it since no longer managed by Frasier Suites. Dirty bathroom, worn out furniture (ie. rooms have seen one too many parties), ripped tatty pool towels, indifferent staff if any problems, list goes on but great location.

I just stayed at the Urbana for a six night stay. I booked the hotel at a rate that included wi-fi and breakfast, but I never made it up for breakfast. The Urbana rooms are basically apartments with kitchens, a combined washer/dryer, a bedroom (or bedrooms), and a bathroom. My room included a balcony as well, but I'm not sure... More

We loved the spacious apartment. Bedrooms were nice size too. There was a washing machine too so it's great! We could immediately wash our newly bought clothes and wear them the next day! Pool & gym were great too. Note- no towels provided so use the bathrobes provided!

Urbana Sathorn We book two room apartment from 27/11 to 01/12, allocated room 1403. Checking in was very fast despite small counter in the foyer with two staff operating and a bell boy. The lobby is very large open space. Key card to operate lift, 4 lifts to service the building which have both resident and hotel guests. The staff... More

Nice hotel located in the business area of the city. The area is really nice, for it is not overcrowded by tourist and tourist business representatives. The hotel has all facilities you may need including pool and gym. The fully equipped suites are children friendly. The customer service is very nice and helpful. If you are coming from the airport,... More
