I travel very often on business and I have stayed at many different hotels across the world and in Thailand. But I have to say this was the worst experience I ever had. 1. As soon as I checked into my room, I saw two cockroaches which was quite disgusting. 2. When I called the reception for an adapter, they... More

We had our family trip the very first time with my parents and my parents-in-laws. 6 of us travelled together. We decided to stay in Urbana Sathorn as they offer a 3-bedroom suite which suit our need very much. The suite is very big. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, so we didn't need to fight for bathroom. The kitchen is... More

It is a big apartment with 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms which is tidy and clean. This apartment is good for family or group of friends. The location is convienience too. There are some resteaurants around the hotel. Just a few mins walking distance from the hote. All staffs are nice and helpful. However, 1 thing disappointed us is that we... More

Location: on the busy Sathorn Rd, with Baan Khanitha Restaurant next to it. 10 min walk to Sala Daeng. Rooms: 2 bedrooms luxury was huge, with nice living room and balcony. Facilities were ok, with pool on 7th floor, with ok view. Staff: polite, but needs more people at reception.

We were quite frankly shocked at the state of the rooms! We stayed in room 2410, a 2 bed apartment. The curtains were badly torn, the place smelled of mould & damp. The floorboards were stained black at the edges, suggesting some kind of flood. The air -conditioning was the noisiest I have ever encountered. The furniture was old &... More

I had my 8th visit to Urbana Sathorn in January-February 2015. Earlier stays (one in Fraser time), have been just great without any problems. I book always via their own page, because there you can get free WIFI for you stay (probably because saving operator fee). My wish was high floor and suite type XX01 facing to the river. Everything... More

Nice property with quite big rooms as compared to other properties in bangkok. Rooms we're clean and staff all good & always helping with a smile. Little I did mind was the old torn curtains which need urgent replacement . Otherwise full 5 star experience with kitchenette facility . Definitely recommended Regards Rajat chawla

Urbana Sathorn offers good-size accommodations in a great location but the poor condition of the units and their fixtures and furnishings needs to be considered before deciding to stay here. For many, the price will determine that but, for us, the $60 (1800 Thai baht) price made it barely acceptable. The positive aspects of the suites include the comfortable beds,... More

2-bedroom Premier suite, two persons. 10 nights. Former 5 star Fraser Suites, and the furniture and beds are still present (really good beds with duvet), but it seems it`s been a total lack of maintenance and the whole place have absolutely no atmosphere. Furniture torn, tv-cables near danger point, mold in the bathrooms and aricondition living it`s own life. Breakfast... More
