Firstly, this hotel has style. It oozes from every corner. From the colour schemes, the use of recycled materials to the comfortable yet wacky fittings found in the rooms. This may not be everybody's cup of tea though. My wife and I quite liked it and we hope that some of you that may find yourselves looking elsewhere will reconsider.... more

I have stayed in many hotels but this would have to be one of the most funkiest places I have stayed. From the ground floor dinning and reception area to the 14th floor lobby with the beautiful salt water pool hanging of the edge of the building to the roof top restaurant and bar, it has an abundance of style... more

Arrived in Bangkok after 11 days in Karon, to do the shopping etc. First impression of the Hotel, was pretty poor, the processing through reception was slow and confusing, the staff were not interesting in making you feel welcome or comfortable, when we arrived, we arrived with 4 other people and they reported the same feelings. The Room when we... more

We stayed at Siam @ Siam for three nights and were more than satisfied. The hotel is extremely close to the major shopping centres and sky rail, no more than a 5min walk. The main good points are: - Amazing pool area. - Free internet in the lobby. - Breakfast was more than adequate and the hotel even packed us... more

A great place. Book biz-class rooms, you get a breakfast included. Each night it is open bar for 2 hours. Be sure to specify you want to be on the non-smoking floors. the lifts are a pain, but that is the only draw-back. The mono-rail is right at the front door. A great swimming-pool. more

As our 17-year-old daughter would say ... "meh". We agree that it was very trendy and funky - polished concrete, steel and orange fittings - but it just seemed to be trying a bit too hard, and turned out to be just average, given what we paid. Positives: Great location near to an excellent range of shopping; good breakfast with... more

There were some basic faults with hotel - it wasn't designed to be used at a high capacity. Don't go when its busy as you may experience what we and at least a dozen other travellers we spoke to did. A 20 minute wait for the lift to take us to breakfast - yep 20 minutes! There are only 2... more

Siam@Siam Design is a very funky, modern hotel close to many large Bangkok shopping malls (particularly MBK and Central World Plaza at Chit Lom). The Skytrain is located a 3 min walk away, giving fast access to many parts of Bangkok. The only way to get around. The staff at Siam are very attentive and efficient - there was always... more
