Mistook the place with its neighbor, Rambuttri Village, where I've been staying 2 times before 7 years ago. My first impression was unfortunately not good because I compared it to the neighbor which is a more modern place, but it took the staff and the place itself a couple of hours to forget everything about the place next door. The... More

I only stayed here one night in fan-double room(with bath). The room quality is quite good and location is great(near the Kaosan, but not noisy.) The room price is also reasonable compared to other options around. You can also find Seven Eleven, restaurants, pubs around.

the rooms are simple but everything is clean and the location is brilliant! you are so central but still calm. don't book without aircon as it is just to hot to sleep! the stuff is in the back ground but if you need help they are friendly. a lot of nice street food is around the corner and this area... We stayed here after a long journey from the UK and were immediately welcomed and allowed to check in early - which we really appreciated! The room was very basic but it was clean and fairly spacious. The guest house is in a good location with lots of local restaurants and bars on its doorstep. I would stay here again... More

Last time was our 4th stay at the Lamphu House : along the years, nothing changed. Same staff, same very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is very convenient, near khao San road, on a pedestrian area, and in a private courtyard, just behind the busy Rambutri street, where you can eat everywhere. Definitly the best option in the neighbourhood !

We dont like our stay at Lamphu House Bangkok. It is very noisy at night. Sometimes you cant get a sleep because of the noise. To bad. Rooms are very simple, notting special. We had a standard room and one time the deluxe. We think they are almost the same.

Come again to Bangkok, we want to stay in the different place so we choose to stay at Khao San Road. Too many people recommended Lamphu House at the Khao San Road. So we choose that. We stayed for 2 night in Jul, 2015 from Laos. We come very night and we very thank you to the staff, they very... More

Stayed here a few times over the past 5-6 years. Hotel is situated well in the heart of the old town hidden away off Soi Rambrutti. You don't have to walk far to reach the famous Khao San Road and surrounding streets which offer quirky little bars, live music, cheapish drinks and great food. Rooms are basic. The top range... Decided to stay here on our first night in Thailand after getting dropped off near Koh San Road. Was told by a man off the street (presumably some sort of worker) to stay here and I'm glad we listened. Walking down the alley is amusing but you round the corner and then there's a lovely little lobby with welcoming reception... More

Very friendly accomodating staff. Good coffee at the restaurant, decent meals and breakfast, not too pricey. Room was tastefully decorated. Our bathroom drains had a musty smell coming from them. Linen and towels were soft and comfortable. Soi Rambuttri is a much preferable location to staying on Khao San Road. Plenty of masseurs, shops, restaurants, bars, street food only minutes... More
