Well the hotel is certainly a classic but not quite in a good way. It looks like it might have been quite grand back in the day but now it's old and worn. It even smells old. Housekeeping seems quite lax. I found bits of waste paper and plastic left in the desk drawer. My colleague in another room told... More

Have stayed in this hotel now about 20 times. The front desk staff suggested we take the 5 th floor upgraded rooms. They were small, no carpet ( not a problem but meant stark appearance), toilet would not flush and the aircon did not work - very very stuffy. For an upgrade totally unacceptable. The only dining room is now... More

Given it was a "regular" room we stayed in, everything in there was very basic. Also if you're new in Thailand do not fall for the extra charge you can choose to pay for breakfast, it is an absolute rip off. Seacon is about a 10 minute walk away and the food will be so much cheaper. The bed side... More

Sorry but this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in! Everything is old and falling apart, it looks dirty, the toilet bowl exterior did not appear to have been cleaned in some time. Luckily we were only there 1 night before flying back as I could not take anymore. There is nothing in the room, no information... More

Renovation needed for this hotel. It is a small place and the reason this hotel is alive is that they serve Chinese tourists, seminars. Smell stuffy due to old carpets. The parking lot is also tiny. The only great thing is service I really appreciate their staff effort.

A group of us stayed At the king park avenue hotel in Bangkok last week for 7 days. It was relatively cheap and the rooms and service were good. It was located close to the area we were working in so that was good. Bangkok is huge so location is important as travel times within the city are lengthy. A... More
