Well well well...they literally had our pants down. They must be howling all the way to the bank- especially the hideous Indian restaurant attached!!! Ate there out of pity for the waitress who had a busted black eye..walked out of there feeling like giving her one myself after serving that food. Welcomed to the hostel by the taste of bum... More

When travelling we went to the Tourist Information Centre when we first arrived and were recommended to stay in this horrible place. If this happens to you- say NO! The room was tiny. We had a slightly larger then single bed for the two of us, and the bathroom is not a bathroom really- More like a sink, toilet and... More

Mold mold and more mold.. smelly unfriendly staff. Checked out hours after checking in couldnt even survive a night. Dont stay here if you want to be able to use the community bathroom without paying. The guy behind the desk couldnt speak a lick of english and yelled at me when i showed him the mold in our room and... More

There was a particular stench that emanated throughout the place that I said to myself 'never again'. I was keen to move on and forget it. Unfortunately I realised what the smell was. Whenever I smell a toilet in SE Asia, I smell Sawasdee. This was one of the first places I stayed in, and it was a rip-off, too.... More

This was a road away from Khoa San Road but also down it's own nice little road which was less busy, quieter but had everything Khao San had. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly but the rooms were clean we had air con and a tv which had an English channel. The bathroom was incredibly small managing to give the toilet... More

First off, the positive: The hotel is in a prime location if you're a young traveller; a stone's throw away from Khaosan road and the party districts. Aside from that, everything else is terrible. The worst being a smothering musk/smell that the hotel seems to generate. You can smell it in the lobby only for it to grow more pronounced... More

This place is gross, the staff were lazy to help us check in and the room was about the size of a broom closet. Fortunately it has an excellent location near all the markets which makes up for the dollars spent. Compared to the rest of south east Asia, you get a lot less bang for your buck in Bangkok.

Me and my friend stayed here one night before as we were stopping over in Bangkok, this was by far the most disappointing backpackers I've yet to experience. The room was hardly big enough for two backpacks, the blankets and pillows were questionable but as we were exhausted we didn't end up making a fuss. The toilet in the room... More

Ok, even if I don't need comfortable bed, huge bathroom, cheap prices, nice staff; this motel sucks!! All of the staff are mean, the beds are small & hard, pillow are bad, bathroom aren't clean 2/day. Some room haven't windows. The restaurant is closed whenever they want. But it's a good location, lots of shops around, khao san road pretty... More

The hotel room smelled really bad! Opening the window and putting on the air conditioning did not really help. The bathroom was old worn down and dirty. If stayed in places that are much cheaper, bigger and newer. I left after 2 night although I had payed for 4. The rude staff was terrible and I just took my loses!... More
